Rooms are clean and staff is very good! Especially the manager Rishi is a great person. He makes sure every guest is happy. The Tradition restaurant attendant Anna is also very nice! Always smiling and willing to help.

The rooftop outdoor lounge is currently under renovation; however, the room and views were amazing!

We stayed at Hyatt for a family getaway — my kids, my parents and I — and this hotel truly feels like a warm, welcoming home. The atmosphere is cozy, calm and incredibly comforting. The staff shows genuine care, and I finally slept deeply for the first time in a long while. That alone made the stay unforgettable.

This is already our second visit, and it feels even better each time.

And the rooftop… absolutely stunning.
A breathtaking view of Downtown Austin, the Capitol, and the cathedral — it’s one of my favorite spots in the city. Peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a quiet moment at the end of the day.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values comfort, warmth, and a little bit of magic in their stay

Great rooms but be careful with valentine the car. I dropped my car off to valet with Burberry sunglasses in it and my car was returned the next day without sunglasses. Hotel did refund the cost of valet but that doesn't offset the price of the sunglasses. Make sure to not leave any valuables in car.

Stayed at Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin and had a great experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and major attractions. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable with great city views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Excellent choice if you want convenience, comfort, and easy access to everything Austin has to offer.

Typical Chipotle fare, although a very large restaurant. The typically generous portions were somewhat limited at this restaurant during my visit however.

This is the best Chipotle location in Austin because it has a large seating area, great staff, and the food tastes much better than most locations.

My favorite part about this location is the cashier who comes by and asks me if I want a refilll or anything. Great customer care! :-)

I will never ever attempt to get food delivered from here ever again. Lunch today has been an absolute run around. At 2pm on a Tuesday, I ordered 1 sandwhich, chips, 2 drinks, and specifically asked for napkins to be delivered to me half a mile from the restaurant. THIRTY MINUTES LATER, the delivery man arrived with 1 sandwhuch, chips, 1 half-full drink, no napkins, no straws. I pointed out on my receipt that I paid for 2 drinks, and he reluctantly said "well.......I guess I could bring you another drink". He seemed so annoyed and inconvenienced, that I actually accidentally apologized to him!!! Sorry for expecting you to do your job and bring me the things I paid for.....ANOTHER THIRTY MINUTES LATER, I still don't have my drink, so I called and spoke with the manager who told me TWICE that the delivery driver had already left and was on his way back to me, and asks what he can do to make me happy, and all I asked for was a refund of the tip I left for the driver on my card. F O R T Y MINUTES AFTER THAT, still no delivery, so I call back, and speak with a second person, Peter, because the manager was no longer in the restaurant. He offers no answer or explanation, but was more apologetic and helpful. Immediately offered to refund my full order and said he would let the GM know what happened.
The food was fine, sandwhich was made correctly, but this delivery nonsense is a deal breaker.

This place provided a much needed respite from the "keep Austin weird" crowd scattered across 6th Street. Don't remember the hosts or staff being particularly friendly, but we brushed that off our shoulders and bellied up to the bar. The bartender was very busy since the place was packed, but they were nice.

Fajitas here taste very fresh. The chicken is moist and the beef is tender. It's not the best fajita I've ever had, but it isn't the worst by any means. But, let me back up. The chips and salsa are pretty good, and the white cheese queso is great.

Didn't get there to experience any sort of Happy Hour, but I'm sure they have one. A city full of broke college kids must have a Happy Hour...

Decent drinks only a few beers on tap but a lot of local Austin beers in a can or bottle.

The steak fajitas were great as well as the chips and salsa. From the few other places I went that had Tex Mex, this place took the cake!

Great atmosphere! I sat on the patio upstairs. The food was excellent and Michael our waiter was very helpful and had a great attitude. Michael the manager even stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect.

Food was good. Tortilla soup and brisket enchiladas were my favorite. Some of the wait staff was quite rude. I had to order from the bar because no one came over to see us. Bar tender was very nice. Unfortunately I did watch one of the female servers SCREAM curse words at the bus boy. He was trying to get it of her way and didn't get far enough for her and she literally screamed and cursed him out. It was really not necessary and I did not enjoy my visit after that. The food does come up on an elevator which was fun to watch!
