The location was great. The hotel and our room were very clean. All of the staff members were kind and helpful esp with recommendations for food.

This hotel was very clean and in a decent area. There were plenty of places to eat around the hotel and some bars. Staffing was perfect as well and I would definitely stay again.

The location is decent, but the rooms are rather old, and there's a large construction site downstairs that starts very early. Breakfast is expensive and has very little food; I wouldn't recommend ordering breakfast.

Watch out, if youre not a Hilton card member holder, they dont serve well. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash they have at the bathroom, requested toothbrush at 8am and was told itll take 30mins as there was no housekeeping on duty. Also, we were stucked at the parking elevator as we head out.

I stayed here with a big group for an event and had a great experience! Every person I interacted with was super helpful. In particular, the UPS employees had great attitudes throughout the busy days, and the lobby attendants, specifically Clinton, went above and beyond! Great stay all around. Thank you!

I have been staying here for long term due to business.
The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable.
Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice.

I am experiencing a billing issue with your hotel. After checking out and receiving my initial receipt, I was charged for restaurant food that I did not consume. I later received an updated receipt that included this unexpected restaurant fee.
I have contacted customer service twice regarding this matter, and they assured me it would be resolved. However, after a month, no action has been taken. I have also sent several emails and attempted to reach out via customer service chat, but I have not received any response.
I expected better service from this hotel, especially in terms of customer care for guests with billing issues. I am writing this message here as I have noticed that the hotel responds to some comments on this platform.
I hope this issue can be addressed promptly and effectively.

Such delicious food!!! And the staff were so nice. There is usually a wait here at night but not at lunch. We had to try a couple times before we were finally able to eat here. Totally worth it. I had the shrimp and grits and it was THE BEST meal I've had in ages!

Had the gumbo and sweet potato fries. This was a good portion size. My companion had the macaroni and cheese and couldn't finish, but all was delicious. The vodka lemonade (Tito's; this is Austin after all) was excellent. Being walking distance from the convention center was a big plus.

This place has some really good food but parking and the wait hurt it. First parking in the area sucks because it is next the the convention so it fills up really fast. They also don't have their own lot but do have valet parking. My girlfriend ordered the CORNFLAKE FRIED CHICKEN salad and I got the TENDER BELLY with mac & cheese. The cornflake fried chicken is amazing. Better than my sandwich. Unfortunately you have to order it as a salad and not as it own entree. I would definitely go back when I visit Austin again.

I ordered food from Moonshine via Amazon's food delivery app. I ordered the salmon with the garlic grits and sweet potato fries and my roommate ordered the steak with grits as well. The food was all fantastic - grits were super flavorful, sweet potato fries were seasoned well. The Amazon delivery driver actually ended up forgetting our sides at first, and when we called Moonshine back to tell them about the ordeal they allowed us to reorder from the app during their busy time, gave us our missing sides, and also included two pieces of the free Peanut Butter cake as an apology (when it wasn't even their fault!). So overall, would DEFINITELY go back, and the restaurant and staff was so kind in giving us a dessert to make up for forgetting the sides initially. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Great food... wish they had a tap; did not clearly advertise that the beer was canned. However, food was great and they had free popcorn. Staff was wonderful and accommodating (stored our suitcases in the cellar while we ate).

Bar area with live entertainment is awesome. Food is amazing and don't pass on the lobster mash potatoes, they are incredible. Gary at the bar is one of the best in Austin. Incredible wine selection too.

I love the fact that they have live music. Probably one of the best features. The food is delicious, but it is what I consider pricey. (I don't have this type of money but it's not the establishments fault that I'm poor) I got to go for a coworker's birthday and they made it a wonderful experience. I felt under dressed if anything. Staff is super friendly (cute waiters too). I'd go again for a special occasion, or often if I won the lottery.

This place was highly recommend so my wife and I tried it out for our 16th Anniversary trip to Austin. The reservation process was simple. Upon arriving we were seated at a nice table covered in rose petals and a nice Anniversary card. Our server Eric was awesome (with a badass beard). The food was perfection. The complimentary champagne and dessert was very much appreciated.

Excellent. Date night. Waiter named Michael asked is how things were. Told him our micro premature son will be home soon. And after a superb dinner, we were treated to dessert. Highly recommend. And thanks Michael. Very much appreciated.

This place has the perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner. The food, the drinks, the service were just exceptional. Molly, our waitress, was very knowledgeable about the menu, she took the time to describe every plate and desert. I was very impressed with her service and knowledge. I will be back soon. Thank you!

Of all the random places on 6th street during a Sunday evening "The Jackalope" revealed to be most entertaining. Don't be suprised if you wind up sitting on "the Jackalope", it makes for a great picture!!

Always love coming here. Staff is always fun and willing to make sure myself and friends are having a great time. Ambience is solid. Definitely a rocking place for rocking people. Everytime I have friends in town, I make it a point to stop in and get a pic of then on the Jackalope statue. A must if in town, even if it's just a quick stop.

Coolest place on 6th. Skip the loud front, populated with DJ music and the tourist and college crowd. Go right to the back bar and settle down with locals and attention from the bartender. Fresh air and a great vibe. Oh yeah, the food doesn't suck either.

As a TN boy visiting TX for the first time I was thoroughly impressed with the selection of local brews (namely: Independence Amber Ale and Austin Beerworks Fire Eagle APA). Decent service, the barmaids were knowledgeable and constantly kept an eye on my drink levels. Now let's talk food. Had a plain hamburger, meat + cheese. Top-notch. Even the waffle fries were on point! 10/10 will be coming back when I'm in Austin, TX in January!

This place is the best. There's tons of good food options on the menu, good drinks and alcoholic milkshakes as well. The service is always good. You have to check out Master Pancake, which is a comedy show built around a specific movie on Friday and Saturday nights.

The atmosphere at this theater is really unique. I really enjoyed the pre-show content. The seating was comfortable and I had a good experience with the exception of my food. I ordered fish and chips and the fries were overcooked and the fish seemed like it was re-heated after being frozen. It was about the worst fish and chips I have had. So go for the film and the atmosphere but forget the food.

My wife and I went on a date night to the Harrison Ford Pancake theater. Essentially it’s movie clips with comedians making jokes about them. It was a nice change from a regular movie. The show itself was almost sold out so we booked a balcony seat. The balcony seats are reclining love seats. The seat were comfortable and the staff was great!

Small, quaint place in the middle of a busy city. The staff all seem to enjoy what they’re doing as the attitude, atmosphere and service was positive and came off naturally. The food couldn’t be any more fresh, prepared and cooked on a wood fired oven in front of you. Peroni on tap was the icing on the cake for me - will definitely be back when in town!

Best pizza in Austin. Thin and crispy, just the way pizza should be. The restaurant is pretty small but there's a large bar that makes it easy to drop in and grab a drink and have a pizza.

Had a great dinner here. The deals for happy hour are wonderful, otherwise it would probably be a bit too pricey. The service was good, almost too fast though. The pizza was delivered only a minute after we got the appetizers, crowding the table. The ambience was great and the food and wine was delicious. I would definitely come back here!
