Solid stay.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The onsite taco bar is also good.

The daily amenity fee adds up quickly once they tack on taxes, and works out to be roughly 36 on top of your daily room rate.

Location is top notch as well and the valet guys are excellent

To be fair, I think we would’ve had a better experience if there wasn’t a giant black tie wedding, and the Billie Eilish concert happening at the same time and all of those people at our hotel.

The pool was always crowded except for late at night and it was not heated as advertised (and ultimately why we chose this hotel for my 50th) so we didn’t enjoy what we hoped for.

Our room service breakfast was delivered half complete. We called for the missing items. Service said they’d be right back. They never showed up. We also called for towels because the shower leaked onto the tile no matter what and they never arrived. I did stop by the front desk and spoke to the manager who was very nice and addressed our concerns.

The stress of the big wedding and concert crowd was apparent on the staff’s faces. Bless them, they did their best. However, when we checked in the front desk staff told us to happy hour at the 6th floor restaurant and bar. We put our luggage away and went there. We were greeted with two annoyed young hostess who were appalled that we dared to show up without a reservation. This was around 5:30om and the deck area had one person on it. Wasn’t the best start to our stay.


I probably won’t stay here again because there are comparable options, but I see the appeal and vibe is cool.

Clean and large rooms. Very helpful staff.
Daily housekeeping services were very good.
Alfred Coffees shop is very good.

The Line never disappoints. Such a great location with nicely appointed rooms and the staff is terrific. We had dinner at Arlo which was so delicious and breakfast at Veracruz which was also amazing. We look forward to doing a staycation here again in the near future.

Front desk staff great. Gym great. Housecleaning missed cleaning my room (partially my fault as I was in the room for the first pass), but then for turndown service as a substitute, just replaced towels and that was all. Windows all need cleaning, especially glass elevator shaft. I don’t understand how hotels are okay with filthy windows.

Everything is good except it doesn’t offer free water
