I stayed here recently with my family and there was some hiccups during our stay but nothing that the attentive staff couldn’t take care of. We had a nice corner room, enough space for a family of 4 to be comfortable. The lady who was working the coffee/restaurant area was amazing. She was working so quickly and zooming back and forth between the bar and kitchen. I made sure to double tip her.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are well kept, and the staff is good. They charge ridiculous amounts for parking and breakfast, so be forewarned.

The hotel was clean, and the food in the restaurant was good. The staff was not very helpful. It took 3 phone calls over 2 days to get someone to come fix the thermostat in the room. There were no porters to help with our bags and the clerk

For some reason got a room on the second floor overlooking the roof and next to the family with small children who screamed and cried the whole time. I was there for 3 nights. Wanted to use the pool, but unfortunately it was always occupied by kids while day. It would be nice if it was somehow regulated, so everyone can get to use pool. Otherwise, very clean properly. The room was cleaned and trash was taken out daily. In and out parking relatively affordable.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I appreciated the professionalism of the team.

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning unit was not cooling the room as much as expected. I reported it, and the staff responded promptly and worked to fix the problem, which I appreciated. However, I believe that particular unit may still have some underlying issues that could benefit from further inspection.

Aside from that, my stay was great, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the staff for their assistance and hospitality.

This place was super nice and the rooms were so huge! There was also a restaurant right across the street if you did not want to go far to grab a bite. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was super clean as well!

The hotel was very quiet on Christmas Eve. The interior was beautiful, like a small villa estate, and the rooms were a good size, but it felt a bit old.

We had a party of 12 and the food and service was very good. Every ones food was served at the same time and it was very hot as Mexican food should be. Water and Tea glasses were kept full. I have no complaints. Thanks

Fresh food. Great flavours. Very accommodating servers. Love that the tortilla's are made fresh to order. Table side guacamole is divine.

It's been a while since we've been to Papasitos. Usually love it. This time was a little disappointing. Sat very quickly and our server was really good. Of course, the tables here are miniscule, and we knew we were going to be ordering fajitas, so we just pulled another table over. Food was good, but expensive. Server did bring is extra melted Mexican butter (If you haven't tried it...!). One meal was incorrect, so the server apologized and comped the plate - wasn't her fault, but appreciated the concern. Would have been 4 stars otherwise.

Great Margaritas. The Zombie and Reserva were the best. Chips were great...thin and crispy. Salsa was smokey but not spices. Red fish tacos were excellent as we're ribs. The beans as side dish were very tasty, good smoke flavor. Unfortunately, it was rather hot considering we sat in doors. Also, very loud even without the strolling Mariachis, who were excellent.

Such a well done restaurant and theme. I love the ambiance and we always take visitors here. The fajitas are wonderful and the meat is juicy and tender - not the rubbery chicken you find at other places. We love the chips and salsa too. I am quite sad that they 86'd the Mexican vanilla cheesecake. It was my favorite cheesecake of any restaurant. Hopefully with enough uproar they'll bring it back. I love the way the Pappas company does things at all of their restaurants.

Waitress was fast and friendly. Didn't have to ask for refills on drinks, she automatically brought us new ones before we were out. Food came quick and was nice and hot.

The food was pretty good except for my jalapeno sausage being cold. But seeing as how I got full super fast I wasn't too worried about it because I probably won't eat it until tomorrow. The atmosphere was pretty quaint though. 3 stars because of the cold sausage.

Slowest Chili's ever. We were told the wait for our group (10) would be 15 to 20 minutes. It was more like 45. We asked about seating in the back. The manager didn't want to do that because they didn't have enough waitstaff (the hostess was busing tables).

It took 15 minutes to get drinks (2 teas and a Sprite; 7 waters). One person in our party didn't get his dish until about 10 minutes after everyone else.

I've spoken to corporate about this location before, but (apparently) to no avail. Won't be back. Don't waste your time at this location.

Food is coming out the kitchen luke warm. Vegetables aren’t steamed thoroughly. Rice isn’t completely cooked. I order the Margarita Chicken, chicken breast came out in 3 pieces, dry and lacking flavor. Sweet tea taste like tap water. Trying to add ketchup for flavor.

Forgot to mention, the booths were ripped, we cleaned our own table, and floor hadn’t been swept.

Food was great but this location has management issues. There were tons of tables available yet we were told we'd have to wait 10 minutes for a table. One of the tables we passed going in was not cleaned off and still that way when we left. We made a smart move and sat at the bar and Lorenzo took good care of us there. The mango habenero chicken was spicy and yummy, generous portion and my classic margarita hit the mark!

This was a very good surprise. My dad and I were down for the Formula 1 race and we both love Indian food. We just happened to find it on Google maps and we loved it. Very fresh sauces, vindaloo was made perfectly with the twang of fresh ripe tomatoes.

Food was delicious. Got there about 20 minutes before closing at 2pm and did not make us feel rushed to leave at all. (Had a prior experience with an Indian restaurant that was very rude about their closing time.) Food was spiced just right. Plenty of assortment of food.
