The "Breakfast Credits" were an interesting way to approach it, but I may prefer this to the same, questionable breakfasts at nearby, and nearly all hotels with breakfast included.
Great, regular ALoft experience.

I was very impressed with our stay. This was our first time staying at an Aloft hotel since we booked our trip on a whim. It was clean, great customer service, had awesome amenities for the price, a nice gym and outdoor area and indoor area. We even forgot our toothpaste and the front desk gave us a whole kit that included toothpaste, toothbrush, and mouthwash. I loved the food section that is 24 hrs if you need a late night snack or refreshments and breakfast open in the morning. We will for sure be back to this location and are open to try other Alofts in other cities.

Breakfast was terrible, the biscuit is basically raw and it stuck to paper wrapping.
at night you could hear sounds from the hallway and adjacent room.
hardly and space to place luggage.

Very happy overall with with room, amenities, and the staff is super friendly. My only area or improvement is the lighting in the bathrooms (which high is obviously a big one :/)) which is like a hospital fluorescent light. It is not a good lighting to get ready in. Other than that great property.

The service was phenomenal. I had the steak and it was delicious. Stopped at the bar after diner for a signature drink and continued to be delighted.

Quick service and awesome food...the rest of the places in the domain are pretty generic compared to this place. Order a steak!

I love to go for the buffet that they have Monday- Sunday . everyone is so nice and the manager in the morning is always walking around making sure everything is good. Love this place.

The most incompetent management ever. Not sure who's in charge of the place but absolutely sure NO one cares. After eating there last night my daughter got extremely sick with food poisoning. She eat fish we noticed it had dark spots then we asked and were told it's seasoning. But it was mold the fish was expired. I called to let them know but they can care less. The chef said Will look into it. Not even sorry or how was my daughter doing. If that isn't incompetence I'm not sure what is .

My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to attend the Adelbert's brewery and food pairing event last week at Urban. The only thing better than the beer was the food. The quail was out of this world, and that was just one of the delicious courses. Chef Patrick went out of his way to welcome us at the start. He and his team did more than feed us, they educated us! It was the best meal out I can remember, and we'll definitely be back soon.

I almost never give 1-Star ratings as I consider these places abysmal. But here it is, this CPK truly deserves 1 Star. The atmosphere is terrible, outdated, smells like wet rags and the tables/floor were dirty. We sat at the bar to avoid waiting since we were starving. The waiter...although he was nice, forgot our drinks twice, didn’t bring silverware with the food and didn’t check on us once. And then there was the food. For a chain called California PIZZA Kitchen I would have expected better. The pizza was THE WORST pizza I have ever had, as well one of the worst foods I have ever eaten...ever. It was so bad that we returned it and asked for a refund. That’s right, we were incredibly hungry to the point of feeling peckish and we sent the food back. It tasted like cardboard with pizza sauce on it and dry chicken bits. I saw a lot of families with young children. I guess children won’t know the food is terrible, but honestly, why anyone would feed this to their child is beyond me. Lastly, I don’t see how other local guides give this place 5 stars. 5 stars should be reserved for truly amazing places that stand out among the rest.

Literally the worst experience of my life at a restaurant. I'll start by saying my husband has been a waiter before so we are always very courteous to our wait staff. 1.) When we got our sodas we asked for coca cola they kept giving us diet coke. We told them and they gave us diet coke again. They did this even with the refill I'm sure they had it mixed up in the machine so we didn't even bring it up again. 2.) Our pizza was cold and soggy when we got it 3.) We ordered a salad, they did not give us silverware. We asked for it they simply said "we don't have any at the moment" and walked off. 5min later we asked again and got the same answer. We asked a 3rd time and they said it will be a min. Another 5min later they bring us 1 fork for two salads. 4.) We asked pepper they gave us an empty shaker. We literally could not believe it. 5.) When we were ordering the waitress said she didn't speak pig latin and that I needed to start over. She was so RUDE 6.) The mushrooms on our pizza were RAW 7.) When we ordered chips we got a small. When we got our check we found out she charged us for extra chops too without telling us. We will NEVER go there again and we will make it a mission to tell everyone we know.

I ordered take out. And the staff was very pleasant they accepted my dough rewards and took good care of my vegetarian meal options. Nice staff and great food. You should try the lettuce wraps; they are awesome.

Sat in the outdoor patio last night with my family and our food took quite awhile to arrive. We were not in a hurry but the Manager, I think his name was Kevin, 6’8”, came to our table, apologized for the long wait, bought the missing item and a dessert to share for the table. That’s how handle customer service. We love Kona Grill.

I wish I could give a 4.5. This location is really polished. And the food is wonderful. I usually do sushi and sake and it's always great. I will say this visit our waiter was a little salty...he seemed slightly annoyed by us. To be fair, we had a large party with four kids at the table!

Go somewhere else. We had the potstickers and calamari for appetizers and both were bad... not sub-par or average, simply bad. And it wasn't that they were prepared wrong or overcooked, they were just fundamentally made with poor ingredients and did not taste good. Additionally, it was easily the worst sushi I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and eat at another restaurant. Overpriced, horrible food.

The service was absolutely terrible. Dined with some friends out on the patio to watch some of the World Series and have a good bite and a few drinks. After ordering first drink and some calamari received my drink 20 minutes later and the calamari 30 minutes later, and then we didn't see our waiter again for a solid 25-30 minutes. They seated four of us at a table Built for Two and eventually we all migrated over to the bar section that was still outside on the porch. My friend ordered a double shot and they poured him 2 ounces and said that's what they considered to be a double shot and wanted to charge him about $10 for it. I ordered a drink and watch them use a 1 oz measuring to make my drink and wanted to charge me $9 for that. When we confronted the server about their low serving portion standards she got a very rude attitude towards us and told us that's just our policy do you want to drink or not. That will definitely be the last time I go to this place which is a shame because the food tasted quite good. Hats off to the chef since the food was tasty, major thumbs down for pretty much everybody else I interacted with there.

Obviously I'm not the only one that can see this place is going seriously downhill if this is how the owner wants to manage their standards on how people are treated and what they consider to be a proper serving of alcohol to price ratio. You're obviously ripping people off and based on the other one star reviews right below mine, this is clearly not a one-time bad experience

DONT EAT HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU. I was just at this restaurant last Saturday and Monday morning I checked my bank account and I was charged $212 when my tab was only $70.91. I call and talk to a manager named Keith and he proceeded to tell me that my bank account holds extra money to make sure I have funds available in the account. I have a Chase debit account and this does not happen with a regular debit card like this. I have never had this happen to me and I've had this bank account for over 10 years. I call and talk to a manager named Keith and he proceeded to tell me that my bank account holders extra money to make sure I have funds available in the account. On my bank account it clearly says $212 was deducted to Kona Grill and The manager Keith was basically pushing it off to my bank saying that they were the issue on The $212 being to ducted. I would advise not to go eat here because if you have any issues the manager will just put it off saying that they did nothing wrong. This will be my last time ever eating at this place. I suggest you go elsewhere for dinner or lunch because if they overcharge you they will basically say it's your banks fault. I am very displeased with Keith's " customer service" and feel real disrespected with how Keith's conversation went with me as he tried to make me look stupid saying the bank holds extra money.
