The hotels alarm went off at 8 am and they could not figure it out. I had a flaming headache from the beeping and had to check out immediately without being able to shower. The hotel needs to update their alarm system, because the firefighters couldn’t figure it out. I should get reimbursed for those morning hours.

No homeless people just walking in eating breakfast no one at front desk EVER...they were around the corner in a office cars got broken into while there they acted like it was a usual occurrence. Cleaned glass up hours after in parking lot. No security at all ...

This place is horrible! During my stay they let homeless people come in and eat breakfast without washing hands. This one guy was actively hallucinating and cussing at things/people that were not there. There was nothing safe about this experience. When reported to the staff member (Kendra) she made me seem like the bad person because I pointed out how unsafe it was. At the same time someone staying there reported numerous cars that were broken into overnight. The staff member would not give the guest her name or a business card so she could give that to the police. They would not call the police about the cars that were broken into.

I tried to point out that we are paying for breakfast and the staff argued that no it is free and I said nothing is free in life. She made me seem like the bad person because I think the breakfast should be clean and safe. The staff was awful. The floors were dirty. There was mold in the rooms and the doors to the bathroom were coming undone. The fridge did not work. The elevator was broken.

5 vehicles broken into, including mine. My belongs in my vehicle were stolen, worth about $1000. Plus my glass damage as my window was broken. Kendra who works reception is VERY rude! She did not care one bit had an attitude and didn’t want to call her manager Cristina because her manager was sleeping! Do not recommend this place at all!

Staff very friendly, room was well kept if a little dingy in the corners. I do have to mention I saw at least three cars had been broken into overnight - so lucky we were not one of them.

The room is exactly what I expected it to be. The housekeepers need room inspectors to come in after them to make sure all hair is completely picked up, I found a lot a hair on the bath towels. I use to be a housekeeper for Marriott and that's 1 thing that our supervisor did not tolerate seeing hair on anything. The breakfast was just a big sized waffle shaped like the state of texas and besides that is was muffins and juice and cereal and eggs nothing more than that. No meat at all. They have Bible in the drawer besides the bed, which I am glad they did haven't seen a Bible in a room in a while. My stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was dirty. Almost the entire lot of vehicles was broken into. No word from management about it until almost a week later. I WOULD NEVER recommend staying here!

Staff was great, but they had roaches in the rooms. I was in the shower and a roach came out of the shower handle. They changed my room but that was still gross
