The room and hotel overall was good; however, the bed was so lumpy and pillows were not comfortable. The elevator was worrisome because it made loud noises and moved very slowly. Would I stay there again? Yes if I had to… but request first floor :)

Place is nice but they didn’t tell me anything about a $100.00 deposit to stay there, I couldn’t refund my money so I had to borrow money off of people I know to stay one night.

Was told the elevator just went down that morning and I was on 2nd floor because there are no rooms with a king bed on first floor. I got bad knees and need one knee replacement so I was upset and to make things worse I read reviews and the elevator has been down for a while not just that morning so I was not told the truth. The place is nice though.

The staff, Carmen & Stephanie- and the rest of the team!! I had a dilemma with the shower head and she tried to take care of it right away, but she couldn’t. I went on my day-come back on the evening and there was note left by the zinc, it said all fixed!! The room was always taking care-neat and clean. The breakfast was just fabulous and delicious. Very impressive on how Stephanie made sure that there was plenty of food and always nice and clean. For sure, I will look for this name- Best Western Plus Heritage Inn. Awesome on everything!! Congratulations to all staff, that it shows that they like what they do for a living!!

Second time staying at this hotel. Everyone is always nice. Special shoutout to the lady that worked overnight on Saturday. She was very kind and friendly.

Beds were low and very uncomfortable. Nice shower. Upstairs thumping noise continued all night and kept us from sleeping. Sounded like more than walking around. Very annoying.

We’ve stayed here several times now and the rooms are clean and so is the hotel the beds are very comfortable and clean.

The reviews of the staff are absolutely correct!! Staff don’t like working there and this place is very unsafe!! She asked if I was traveling alone and immediately gave a look to someone else who was in the lobby about me being alone. Who for sure don’t work there. Totally scheming. She put me in a very unsafe position and I urge everyone to not book here if you’re alone.

The room was in good condition, however it smelled like a combination of stale cigarette smoke and mold. The scent was amplified when the AC/heating unit in the room was on. I had to turn it off just so that I was smelling less of that odour.

Quick business trip
The room was clean and cool upon arrival. The hot breakfast had a lot of options and it was more than the continental breakfast.
