Dont Control your Central Air Unit,"It says High control, but BLOWS ON LOW, LEAVE MY ROOM FOR WORK; COMES BACK AND ITS SMELLING JUST LIKE A TOBACCO FACTORY; WHY BE IN MY ROOM WHEN IM NOT THERE, I HATE CIGS. AND THE SMELL IS ALMOST UNBEARABLE, RIDICULOUS! PLUS: YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW GUESTS EXTENDED STAY; WASHING MY CLOTHES, WHOMEVER YHE GUEST WAS???? O WASNT ABLE TO DRY MY CLOTHES BCUZ THEY FORGOT TO TAKE THEIR CLOTHES OUT OF THE DRYER;THAT'S A NEGATIVE FOR REAL! HAD TO HANG MY CLOTHES UP AND PUT THEM ALL AROUND THE ROOM TO GET DRY, SO I WOULD HAVE CLEAN CLOTHES FOR WORK, AND HAD TO REWASH CLOTHES DAYS LATER, BCUZ MU CLOTHES SPOILED; REALLY....... NOT GOOD.......

Company i worked for put 30 guys up here, and was going to stay for 7 weeks, paying CASH ! Hard working guys got told they cant get the towels dirty, cant keep a dog in your own vehicle, and i personaly got told it was wrong to have my "family living here" , well just so you know Dina, not everyone can have a desk job given to them, not everyone can have a job where they stay perfectly clean all the time and just incase you didnt know, i live on the road, i havent been home in 15 years and your motel was my home for the two weeks we were allowed to stay here, and im sorry if my wife, who by the way works with us too, got the grandbaby for 3-4 days and a 3 year old was " an extra person" not all of us are blessed with being able to see our familys every day, and i promise i wont bring my family to your or the franchises property any more , and since im the one who books our rooms, thats alot of cash money you just cost this franchise, God bless you!

Not only that, its check out day and shes calling me at 8 am asking me to check out, after she insulted a gentelman for wetting the bed because of a medical condition!
Ill NEVER stay at one of your hotels again. Your company is horriable if you employ people like this and i hope your family never has to experience this, i want my money back!!!

Clean rooms, recently remodeled, definitely in better shape then their competitors as far as quality of rooms

Was stranded here during the Hurricane (Harvey) HPD rescued me from I-45 and W. Mount Houston and took me there. No flooding there and the night shift attendant (female:) checked in on me for the first few hours. Offering me her dinner if I was hungry. I refused, but she wouldn't let me go to bed hungry and broke out the fruit loops from the free breakfast and brought it to me... Kindness I will never forget... xoxoxo

Sucks and dirty. When I check in, they said 250 for a week. After 4 days, they said 350 not 250. If I don’t pay 100 more they will kick me out. And they did.

It's not bad for the price. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Just don't promise breakfast with eggs and not have eggs. Also spoiled milk so...
