solid 3.5. room was clean and quiet, perhaps a bit dated as others have mentioned. keurig with basic coffee selection, a fridge that mostly worked but was a little warm. linens and bed were functional - not terribly comfortable but definitely serviceable. dining options are convenient and good. staff was very helpful. moderately overpriced for the quality of room but maybe clean and quiet was worth the price. close to theaters.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful — special thanks to Leah at the front desk for her kindness and clear explanations about public transportation.
We were also very happy with the housekeeping and breakfast service. The pool and gym are nice, though a bit limited in space.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Love this Hotel. The rooms are always very organized and clean, especially the beds are so comfy. The service is excellent I came with my husband and The Man out front attend us and offered to park our car Amazing Service from that guy 10/10 Didn't quite catch his name but excellent service. And the staff is Very lovely. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a work trip and had an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Mariela from the restaurant was extremely attentive and made sure that we were accomodated. Grateful for her and the staff overall who made us feel welcomed. Already looking forward to my next stay.

We travel quite a bit and have stayed here many times, however we have never felt more unwelcome than we did this time. My wife arrived after a long day at work, exhausted and looking forward to just getting into our room. Instead, she was met by Anthony at the front desk.
From the second she walked up, it was clear she was an "inconvenience" to him. He didn’t look up from his screen for a solid minute while she stood there. When he finally acknowledged her, there was no greeting—just a cold "Name and reservation number?"
The real issue started when my wife asked a simple question about the reservation. Anthony literally rolled his eyes like she was asking for his kidney. When she asked for clarification because his answer was short and mumbled, he snapped, he was incredibly dismissive, rude, and lacked even a basic level of professional courtesy. He made my wife feel small and uncomfortable and made her wait in the lobby for 2hrs until I made it there which is completely unacceptable. Anthony’s attitude ruined our night, and we won’t be coming back. Please avoid this hotel and stay somewhere else like at the Magnolia hotel or at C Baldwin somewhere where the staff actually knows the meaning of hospitality.

The location is very good, transportation is convenient, and dining out is also convenient. The restaurant is quite large, clean and tidy, and the service is also good

This hotel is in desperate need of upgrade.
Firstly, the swimming pool was out of use for maintenance but this wasn’t communicate prior. So we had a week with kids not able to use a pool.
The rooms are very old and dated. We ended up staying in 4 rooms
Room 1 was found dirty - stale food under edge of bed.
Room 2 door entry didn’t work.
Room 3 the air con was faulty and made loud bangs throughout the night
Room 4 was dated but ok.
This hotel clearly lives of the energy industry. Supporting travelling workers and holder conferences etc.
However, they shouldn’t get away which such poor upkeep.
Stay there if you just want an easy commute to office. No other reason.

This location has some of the better cooks in the Papas Bar-b-que franchise.
The meats is always hot and seasoned to perfection.
At some of the other locations, the food has been off temperature.
I have never been served a bad Baked potato at this location. Always fresh and hot food.

We went during a busy weekday lunch time and didn't wait too long considering the line. Food was great. They were kind enough to cut up my half dinner platter I was sharing with my son to make it easier to share.
