Indians were managing the front desk; I almost suspected it was a motel. I went to check in at 2:20 PM, and they told me there was an extra charge—$27! I asked why, and they said check-in time was 3 PM… I was furious! I told them to give me my room key; I wasn't going in and was going to walk around. Maybe they saw I was angry, so they checked me in again, saying I could go to my room without extra charge… I've stayed in hotels for years, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Sometimes it's not that I dislike Indians, but some Indians are just really annoying…

The hotel is located in the CBD area of downtown Houston. The environment is OK, but it is still far behind the same star-rated hotels in China. There is only one front desk attendant in the hotel, and the breakfast is also very simple, which may be the consumption characteristics of Americans. The surrounding area is very quiet

Stayed here while watching a game at Toyota Center. The hotel is very good. It has a shuttle bus that can pick up and drop off places within a 1.5km range. It takes about ten minutes to walk back from Toyota Center, and you need to walk through several blocks. The hotel is very safe and the service is also very good, but the room is a little smelly.

The hotel is located in the business district. The free breakfast is very good, with a variety of fruits, drinks, bread and yogurt. I will stay here again next time I go to Houston. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is large.

I loved the fact that I didn’t have to be dealing with the ac units by the window! this hotel has a regular ac unit like a house normally would and it was easy to use
