Horrible experience, with nothing in the room except bottled water, no cream or lotion.
Service at the front desk was ridiculous. So was the small bar n restaurant. The breakfast staff was the only area that made up for the rest of the crowd.
Frankly regretted the booking. At checkout, the lady tried to charge us the room for 2 days as well, which was already prepaid! My spouse caught that out! Not even a word of apology. In today’s day and age , you can review your CCTV!!
Ridiculous stay! NEVER AGAIN

Was a little disappointed to find out Rosalie’s was not open on the weekends as advertised showing open online. Breakfast buffet available for a fee. Shuttle will only drop off 2 mile distance (not even 2.4 miles) and does not pick up. Overall, decent place. No parking on site and must valet. Valet is quite expensive for overnight with not discount for stay

Room was lacking amenities. No refrigerator. No microwave. Bathroom was missing hand soap. Room had a small table for dining but only one chair. Room had a good view and a good location. Overpriced for what is provided.

I couldn't get in; many police officers blocked the entrance, and I couldn't get a refund.

Everything was nice I just didn’t like the $23 fee that is tacked on and you HAVE to pay it in either food to the room or you just paying $23 there’s no way around it… also $70 a night for valet parking is RIDICULOUS!!

This has been our 3rd stay here and it was a bit disappointing this time, room lacked cleanliness, check in is 3pm I arrived almost 4pm and room was not ready, bedding had holes and didnt look clean!

The lobby bar bartender was great, the room was clean, but the walls are paper thin! I could hear every word that was said on both sides of my room. Front desk staff was friendly at first, but then they had a shift change and they were not friendly at all.

We love Hotels with ceiling to floor windows. The Windows did not give us clear views which defeats the purpose. It needs to be cleaned. But the Overall hotel is clean and smells really nice. Please clean the windows for a better view.

I usually get the potatoes, and they are pretty good. My only gripe with them is their sauce. I've had better.

Fast service, good bbq choices but not a fan of their bbq sauce.

This location has some of the better cooks in the Papas Bar-b-que franchise.
The meats is always hot and seasoned to perfection.
At some of the other locations, the food has been off temperature.
I have never been served a bad Baked potato at this location. Always fresh and hot food.

We went during a busy weekday lunch time and didn't wait too long considering the line. Food was great. They were kind enough to cut up my half dinner platter I was sharing with my son to make it easier to share.
