Weekend 2 night stay. The registration was wonderful. The restaurants and bars super nice. The resort itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated for Christmas !! However the rooms are ready for a Refresh remodel !!!The room smelled musty. Probably the fact that they still have carpets in the room. Bathrooms ready for updates as well. Asked for sheets to be changed because they smelled musty and they did not. Mattress also need updating. Bathroom amenities were wonderful.

Very family friendly!! Our 3 year old and 1 year old had a blast at the kid pool and sand area!

This was our 1st time staying here at the JW Marriott. I wanted to bring my children to have some fun in the pool and waterslides. The front office staff was wonderful and ee enjoyed our room. However, on 09/06/2025 after spending time in the pool we all were hungry and the outside food station was closed so, they advised us to go to High Velocity as the food was good and the kids would enjoy it. We didn't want to dine in because we were still enjoying the pool so we were sent to the bar to order. Once we get there we sit there

We visited after Labor Day. It was nice and quite but some restaurants and attractions were closed

The hotel looked very nice, but we wouldn’t stay here again. The person who checked us in did a poor job at communicating to us how all the charge and services worked so it was very confusing for us. Also, we noticed that if you visit the hotel during non peak days or off season, you don’t get the same treatment. It’s like you get special treatment and perks if you’re there during the weekend/on season, but if you’re there on weekdays or off season, you don’t get all those same perks. We gave 3 stars because of the way the hotel looked and because the bar tender we met was very nice. Other than that, I would give 2 stars on the experience, the dining, etc.

Family fun packed resort
The hotel experience was phenomenal. This resort will be our go to for family fun. The activities the hotel had made it even more remarkable as our kids enjoyed all the activities they attended. The restaurant selection was also extraordinary and made the stay eveb better because we didn't have to leave. They also have a store and a Starbucks on site.
