We had an incident with the hotel. Several families who stayed there the weekend of June 19, 2026, were informed upon arrival that they had no parking available because the hotel had rented the parking spaces to another event. As guests, we deserved a parking space, so they told us to go to the parking lot across the street and showed us exactly where we could park. The next morning, when we woke up, our vehicles had been towed by a towing company, and we were charged $238. We are dissatisfied because this was due to their lack of attention to us, the customers.

Room 1217 is a quiet room directly next to the elevator. It's a junior suite that's supposed to be handicapped accessible, which I did not need. The best things about the room is the view that looks to the west.And the bed is very comfortable. Aside from that, it has a couch which pulls out to a bed that you cannot sit on the t.V system is dated.You cannot stream netflix or anything else. The workstation would have been nicer if the lamp and outlets worked and the hydraulics on the chair weren't shot. Lastly, there's no vanity in the bathroom in the lighting in the bathroom is horrible.

We booked a room for two nights. On the second night, they called security to bang loudly on our door, which startled us. I nervously opened the door. The security guard claimed no one should be in this room and insisted we should have checked out today, making us feel like we were staying without paying. We went downstairs, and I showed our booking confirmation to the staff. They acknowledged we had indeed booked two nights, but their management had only received payment for one day. They directed us to contact our third-party booking agency, which resolved the issue after we reached out.
I believe your handling of this situation was entirely inappropriate. You should have first contacted my third-party booking platform for multiple confirmations before approaching me—not sent a security guard to bang loudly on our door late at night.

One of the better Chipotle units that I've visited. Food quality is good; service is typically prompt and friendly. Portions are a bit more generous than other locations.

To start, I will say I was recently a manager at this restaurant (to put your mind at ease, I left for a better opportunity in my field of finance), but I still return regularly to eat. I read every single review before writing my own to address any issues: first, if you had bad customer service due to a female cashier, I know who it is, and she is gone. Second, to those who have complaints about portion sizes...ask for more; they will not hesitate. And I know for a fact (I can prove it with statistics) that this store's issue is not under-portioning, it’s over-portioning. Lastly, I know all the other stores and their managers; my top 3 recommendations are 410 & San Pedro (here), the Medical Center, and the Vineyard. Enjoy!

Went in for lunch and the cashier treated the guy in front of like $hit. over a cup of sour cream? Don't know the guy, but I fealt bad for him. The cashier is rude and her attitude is something else! The girl making my bowl is trying to be super woman doing everything herself and she doesn't listen because she is moving so quick. Very annoying!

Just left... Two days in a row I've gone. Customer service is so bad. The girl at the register tried charging me for a side of damn sour cream and I ordered 2 bowls and tacos... and then was rude about... "you want it or what?!?!" F YOU lady... avoid this place... customer service is horrible...

Something was burning on the grill, the server gave me about a teaspoon of cheese, and just put the roasted veggies in a pile on one corner of my bowl, and the cashier forgot to give me my drink cup. Despite all that, the food was very good, as usual! This location usually has better service in the past, so I'm rating them a three. Best location is still the Chipotle on Medical.
