La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio I-35 N at Rittiman Rd in San Antonio

This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in during the last 50 years. The hotel is shabby and in need of a major uplift. The room was dingy and badly lit. There were no facilities to make coffee either in the room or available in reception. There was no breakfast available. I only saw one member of staff present the whole time I was there. When I asked him about changing my room he had to lock the front door to come with me. I asked to change my room as it had obviously been a smoking room and I booked a non-smoking. Worst of all, I did not feel safe there. There were people on the car park trying to get money from me, I was offered a pair of trainers from someone in their socks. I had someone banging on my door asking if his friend was in my room. When I told reception I was told to bolt my door and call the police if I felt threatened. I was booked for three nights but left after two. I could not stay there. To be fair to the staff member he did give me a refund for the third night but that is the only positive thing I can mention. If I could give a zero star I would. My advice is AVOID.

Well been twice tv didn't work at all and somebody took the TV remote before we got there second time

Our stay was horrible. We entered the room and it smelled like moldy sweaty feet. Just imagine. The bed smelled like it was not changed in weeks. There is mold in the shower, and on the sink. We had their “continental Breakfast” if you can even call that breakfast, and there was a cockroach running on top of the bread, and there was mold on the juice dispenser. Horrible stay! But great price though 😂

The room was neglected, the breafast is really poor and carelessness, the staff is ok , but the worst part that I had to call the police because someone stole from my vehicle and when they came check the camera and saw everything but they couldn't do anything.

Room has roaches. The restroom door was broke and re assembles with visible nails - yet it still was not the right size so it didn't close. The furniture was dirty and old. The walls have writing on them with sharpie.
