This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. I enjoy the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Room was clean and comfy. Great for staying while visiting six flags for a day. We could see the SF fireworks once we left out of our bedroom window. It did take them 2 tries to get us some linens for the pull out bed right but otherwise was a great stay.

Very nice people at the counter. Felt comfortable and my kids enjoyed the amenities. Loved that the stores were there.

The firepit is an awesome amenity, but it makes a terrible squeeling noise.
Games and outdoor area, fun!
Room, not as clean. Shower had hair in it. Room didnt smell the best. The ac made a loud squeeling sound as well.
Staff was friendly.
Good location.

Coffee shop and breakfast closed both days we were there. No room cleaning for two nights. Had to pay for parking. AC in room not working. We won’t be back.

Rooms were not clean due to staffing problems. Hotel smelled like sewage. The parking was not free, as advertised.

Room that was reserved was not the same room we were given. We were given a large room for handicapped . Bed was too low

My experience here was great. I came to eat with my girlfriend. We came up to the counter and AJ was the cashier that took our order. My girlfriend orders a single patty with Cheese Fries. I had ordered a double patty with onion rings in recommendation from AJ. They were really good. Although they had messed up on her order when they came out with chili cheese fries. AJ came to the rescue and with no questions replaced the fries and with a big basket. The burger was also a little burnt and AJ again went to Work and made the burger fresh himself. AJ is a very outgoing and talented worker. He has a great attitude and always trying to look for help while i was observing what they were doing in the kitchen. Also my girlfriend as a fast food Manager was very satisfied with his customer service. Thank you AJ!!!

This would have been a really delicious cheeseburger but it was too salty. Fries were thin and crispy. Onion rings, eh, nothing special.

Excellent! I had the new jalapeño burger. I love the bun its on.
If it's you're 1st time, try the frozen custard. Its the best.

Dirtiest I have ever seen it. Trash barrels we're overflowing ... Tables were all dirty ... Chairs moved around and in the middle of the room ... Soda machine ice was everywhere and one wasn't even working ... The floor was so sticky around the tables that my flip flop stuck and came off ... and as ALWAYS it was freezing in there!
Went back again .... Everything seemed cleaner but almost every single table and chair SERIOUSLY WOBBLES ... and still FREEZING in there!

This was my first visit to Freddy's and I was not disappointed. Best chain burger I have had for a while. Shoestring fries and jalepeno fry sauce was the icing on the cake. I just wish I had room for dessert! I heard they were coming to Clovis NM. I eagerly await their arrival!

DONT EXPECT YOUR USUAL DRINK AT ANY STARBUCKS TO TASTE THE SAME HERE! It will be worse. Furthermore, The people who work the drive thru always turn off their side of the camera so they can see us but we can't see them. They take forever to understand a simple order. They make you repeat the order many many times. Sometimes they switch the person working drive thru mid order so you have to start over. The drink quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great but usually it's mediocre or bad. I used to go there all the time but because of the bad service and THEY TAKE SO LONG TO FILL AN ORDER and they just don't care about the customers time in getting the order taken care of I go elsewhere if I can.

For the most part I usually have great experience at this location. But this has been like the 3rd time I wait in line for awhile then when I get to the window they hand me my drink that has been sitting there for over 10min. Ice melted!!! I spend too much money at Starbucks to get watered down drinks! They need to fix this problem. And when is a chocolate croissant cold and hard and not heated??? Disappointed

Starbucks are known for generally being able to provide you with a standard level of coffee and reasonable service, and this place is no exception. Service can be rather lagging at times, but drinks are made to recipe and always acceptable

The staff are rude, I was studying and 15 minutes before closing time they start turning off the lights, her name is Margot. Its not like I didn't purchase anything from the place. They start asking each other what time it is and they say its close to nine we are about to close. Never coming back here!

No. Just no. The food tasted all microwaved from a frozen state. It was so disappointing. $40 breakfast that was not worth it. I gave 2 instead of 1 stars because the muffin was awesome but it couldn't save this place. (And it also tasted microwaved)

Good food, great coffee and the server was very pleasant, but do not go for Sunday brunch. Beyond busy. 30 minutes to get seated and 60 minutes to get served. We did get a discount for the delay, I would rather pay full price for timely service.

First time here and definitely not the last! Went with my hubby and our baby- our waitress was super nice and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The food was fresh and delicious- and their OJ was amazing!!! Fresh squeezed not that nasty concentrate jug oj.

Great food, service saved by a great waiter.
My buddy and I went there famished from a hike at Friedrich, waited 27 minutes only to find that half the tables were empty. Waited another 5 minutes until Jonathan came, explaining that our "regular waiter" was swamped, so he got us drinks, took our orders, then waited on us with good service all the way to the check, but each time reminding us that it was not "his table". Food was great, though, i had the egg whites and veggies, with goat cheese, and my buddy had 2 eggs, sausage and toast. Very tasty, a notch above standard breakfast fare, and rather quick. So 4 stars, docked 1 for the service, could have been worse if Jonathan had not noticed us. Unless the whole thing was a scam and it was his table all along. Either way in dire need of a manager with eyes and legs (to walk around instead of locking himself in an office).

We love this place. Everyone is so friendly and greets you with a smile. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The menu had lots of yummy options for breakfast. The muffins were to die for!!! Our food was delivered hot, fresh , and absolutely delicious in a timely manner. I highly recommend this restaurant.
