The facilities are dated! The staff is polite but there are better hotels for the same price!

Room was clean but did not have hand soap in despisers only had decaf coffee. Coffee down stairs looked like black syrup and asked for creamer but was told they had none been there before and had the same issue

Temp controls were awesome. Location is fabulous to River Walk and Hemisfair and the Alamo. So beautiful felt very Bougie even though the price was not! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Rooms are adequate. We had a two queen room, and there was no room to move in there. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Our room was very run down. But the price for that area and the location could not be beat.

The hotel was cute and full of characters. We love the friendly staff. It was literally walking distance from riverwalk, la villita area. Parking was next to the hotel, easy access but do call ahead during holiday seasons because the garage is public parking. Was slightly less than what I was expecting. Property was old and tired. Disappointed that the ice maker didn’t work

Check-in was very easy, staff was very nice and even gave us a sheet with information about visiting the AF base to make it easier. The rooms were clean, had a mini fridge and microwave in them. The A/C worked well and we had no trouble with parking.

The front desk receptionist was very nice and polite; the room and bathroom were both very clean. The hotel was in a quiet area. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It’s a very simple hotel but lacks no necessities.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to the base is awesome. Didnt like the pillows. Not firm enough. Otherwise had great service from front desk.

The room was clean. Had normal amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Close to Lackland Air Force Base. Restaurants close They gave us complete instructions on how to get on base for all the graduates activities. The best part of this hotel was location , location. It was great for our family.

Location for Air Force graduations is perfect. Nice cozy room, clean, super friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately we had to clean the tub before we could shower because there was hair in it and the drain

This place what is a very comfortable to stay at the front desk was very helpful with extra stuff like pillows and blankets the location was nice being right off the highway but not at an intersection where there's too much traffic I would definitely stay there again

I had to leave a motel 6 bc of MULTIPLE issues. I have had absolutely no issues here, ive been here about a month for work. There is a bit of nightmares activity out here but the owners do their best to chase it out lol. No bugs. Flat rate, no pet deposits

The lady checking me in tried to get a $20 cash deposit from me!! No not happening!!

All of the staff here at this location are amazing! They have been through hell dealing with me and my emotions this week! And I loved that they had a mini store in the office! Plus a laundry mat! 😀

Rooms were large. Room did not have extra chairs to sit and watch tv. No place to charge phones. Bathroom needs to be updated. Tub was very slippery. Breakfast was only muffin and coffee. Nothing for non coffee drinkers. Air conditioning was great! Had to request coffee maker for room.

I did have a good night sleep, it was clean and quiet but there wasn't any hot water when I went to take a shower and no attendant was at the front desk. People said they waited and came back to check for an hour but didn't see anyone.

The room was in good condition. Full size fridge and small stove and microwave. The bathroom.is large, buy the bed is smallish. No breakfast or bar. Free parking and Internet access. The front desk personnel were very kind.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Kitchen was very well equipped (full fridge, stovetop, even a dishwasher). But the room didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. It was quiet while I was there, but I'm not sure how fill the hotel was; might be louder when it's full (I could hear the folks walking around in the room above).

Anyone who can see this. I have never had such a high level of hospitality. The building was under construction, which means improvements are on the way, but the staff was off the hook. This place is a destination hotel for sure. Katherine was amazing she was the epitome of hospitality to all of the families and coaches. She made a real impression on everyone. Embassy suites from now on for me and my family. It's a very welcoming place!!

We had a great time everyone was so nice. It was convenient to all places around . Rooms were clean and spacious .the staff is very nice. They had complementary breakfast that you could get pretty much anything you wanted and then I had complementary drinks at night all around everything was great

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful at check in! Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It could use a little updating and TLC, but overall great stay! The breakfast was amazing and the happy hour at bar was just what we needed before heading out to our concert! Would stay here again for the great price and comfort!

I was here a little over a week. I appreciated the friendly service from the front desk. If, you don't ask for room cleaning service 24 hours in advance you will not get it. You definitely get what you pay for, but the TV didnt work, there were roaches in the mini fridge and in the drawers by the sinks. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned properly and there were marks on the toilet seat. The room also smelt of cigarettes but again you honestly get what you pay for and if you can ignore all that stuff it wasn't the worst place to stay

The hotel is worn down a bit, not sparkling clean, but for the price it's fair. I only need a place to sleep for 1 night. Staff were very nice and helpful. Check in process was smooth. Area was quiet, no noisy neighbors at night. Which is the reason I gave 5 stars.

The place is doing a lot of upkeep, so the price for what me and my family shared was good. Holes in some walls, cracked sink etc. Then free waffles so hell can't be all bad. In shirt they are trying ,no bugs we found and hell feral and waffles not bad for 60$.

We had booked two studio rooms in this hotel, a day before and we got it for better price when compared with hotels. Nice one to stay for few days!!

Kept a Keen eye peeled for any roaches( under/behind fridge, under/behind micro, in couch, and cubbords) didn't see a one... As for the bed bugs, I put a glass of water under the edge of the bed which will draw out any bed bugs bcz they thrive on moisture... No bed bugs, no bites. The age old adage,"you get what you pay for," seemed like we had the upper hand for the little amount that we paid.

The front desk Mgr Valerie Edwards was awesome, very professional & caring. Plus Nicholas was very helpful: I once didn't get my new door keys & went into the office & got me new ones right away.

Kathleen is the most wonderful person I've met in the establishment such as this one. She's upfront direct always has a pleasant in welcoming smile and she listens any and she does instruct you see your responsibilities around the the prep promises and property I feel very comfortable and safe at this establishment something I haven't been able say for very long time thank you for leaving my ID where...

It's Clean good weekly price for 1 bed

Always the best value. Clean rooms HD flatscreens and the WiFi is never slow.

Not a good area. Didn't stay because there are safer, more attractive options within a five-sided drive.

Been here a week its quiet and well kept the only complaint no swimming pool or fitness center
