The check-in experience was terrible. After checking in, I was told my personal information couldn't be found, and I waited in the lobby for an hour. After finally checking in, I was seated by the pool, where people were playing music and talking late at night – it was unsafe and very noisy. The room also had a damp smell, and there were moths in the bathroom. I will definitely never come back!

Last minute one night booking. Nice room overall. There were some coffee stains on the counter and unflushed tissue in the toilet during walk-through. There was no parking on the premises due to being full from other guests so we had to park on the street.

I really like the style of room decoration, which pays great attention to details. The tableware is fully equipped and easy to use.

The food at the hotel is relatively good. It’s just that there aren’t many choices of tea bags. For some reason, the tea bags I drank on the first day no longer appear, leaving only one choice. The location should be good for local tourists. There is parking for cars and easy access. Neat and clean, and bright.

Room had a dead grasshopper under the AC, other than that everything was ok in relation with the price.

This has been the worst experience the place is dirty. I couldn’t sleep with roaches on the bed crawling on me throughout the night the room has a strong odor similar to pee and the management does not care

Staff is absolutely amazing & incredibly nice. It's rather quiet and only seldomly during the day you hear the traffic from the interstate it's off of.

For the price and proximity to downtown, this place was amazing. Not much to eat nearby, but nothing was more that 10-15 minutes away. The truck stop is pretty busy so trucks coming in and out can be loud at times. Still a great stay for me and my family of 7.

I would have submitted an excellent however enspit of me asking for the room to be cleaned no one came the day i scheduled it. I stayed over 4 days and still the room wasn't serviced.

The best thing was the room. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc. It was clean and plenty of space for two people. The staff was happy and helpful.

It was a good deal for the week we stayed there but definitely a "get what you pay for" experience. The rooms definitely could use a renovation, or even just some upgrades (for example, the TVs were small and old). Also breakfast ends pretty early (8:30). Probably fine for their normal business clients, but for vacation it was a bummer. Nothing was bad, but nothing was really great either.

I've stayed here over 10 times and have never had any problems. The rooms are clean and quite and you're provided with everything you need. Motel 6 does not roll out the red carpet for anyone at any location so I'm not sure why there are negative reviews here. It's a clean, safe and quiet place for a good price. Friendly staff. Our room was clean and in good working condition. The interior corridor rooms are great, keeping outside noise level to a minimal. We enjoyed having a fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my stay besides the airplanes (expected since location is across the hwy from the airport) area was quiet. I like the modern kitchenette. Did not like that the bathtub was stained with cigarette burns when the, room was supposed to be non-smoking.

The motel had it very distinct smell to it upon walking inside. The staff was for the most part relatively nice. The rooms were okay, but they definitely could use a makeover. Other than that, for the price I would say it's a decent bargain. Definitely not first on my list but I've been in worse places then that one .

This place was just fine, not terrible, not spectacular, just ok. Not the best neighborhood in San Antonio, but hardly the worst either. It is close to Brackenridge Park/Pearl and close enough to downtown without the price of downtown/Pearl.
