The staff was nice and courteous. I did not like the fact that you can smell cigarette smoke all in the hallways and I found 2 roaches walking around in the bathroom

Worked It worked for sleeping a single night. Wouldn’t care much for beyond that. Location good. Power kept going out and the bathroom had mold in shower and faucet ran all night. Did I mention a few roaches?

Stay in room was comfortable and clean. Was especially quite for a Saturday night stay. Sorry to see coffee makers taken out of rooms and no offering of qiuck breakfasts.

Minus the breakfast situation. I love love love this place. Friendly staff, like everyone is super sweet. Make you feel at home and welcomed all at once! Rooms are a nice set up, as well as the snack shop they offer.

It was easy to book and not high dollar. Nothing to write home about. If on a limited budget it was ok. Employees seemed ok -guests seemed ok. Place needs maintenance no food so bring your own ……………..

Everything was clean, we stayed there for 4 days we didn’t want housekeeping to clean our room but was provided with clean towels and toilet paper and trash was emptied everyday. Staff was all nice also.

Technically the room was clean but we killed two baby cockroaches, wasn't able to sleep properly due to that.

Beds are bigger and great location

The AC kept turning off. We didn’t try breakfast. At the front desk, the lady was kinda rude. The room was clean, but there was stuff that stood out to me, one of the outlets had metal poking out and the lights didn’t always work.

Hotel was just what we wanted. Wasn’t super fancy but we were just looking for an inexpensive place to spend a few hours after a spurs game. Room was clean and we had no problems. Will stay here again if we ever decide to go to another Spurs game.

Excellent value for money. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, although the AC was a little loud. breakfast was super basic, but for the price, not bad.

I booked this location because it showed a picture of a continental breakfast. We arrived and asked where the breakfast was, they had none, even within the breakfasthours advertised in the room (6a-9a). They should update their photos/info because that feels like false advertising.

the whole property smelled like cigarettes, there were burn holes in the sheets, the bathroom smelled like dirty socks, and every piece of metal was rusted and about to fall apart. there was no breakfast in the morning.

Parking eas great. Room was cute but eas dirty. Walls had smears of "stuff" but beds and bathroom clean! Ample lighting which i loved!

The room was not in a very clean. Beds were fine but the room looked like it was still under construction. Zorro was written on the bathroom walls.

This is the roughest looking exterior of a La Quinta I've ever seen... It definitely looks like a rough neighborhood and it's not the normal hotel style... By that I mean it's a motel where the doors to the rooms you stay in open up directly to the outside. This was a last minute booking. I was really hoping for a bit more from the La Quinta name. The place was clean, per say, there was mold in the shower. Large hole in the frame of the bathroom door. Clean, well maintained. Comfy bed and pillows. There is no restaurant or kitchen service that I saw but it is a tiny inn. Staff seems friendly enough. Absolutely no issues. Can walk to the Alamodome. Neighborhood around it seems sketchy but had no issues at all walking at night. If you're up for it can walk to Riverwalk. Don't disregard the little hole in the wall restaurants near the inn.

Room was super clean and functional. Front desk staff were beyond friendly. We just stayed one night for Paul McCartney at the Alamodome, so this was the perfect option for a quick stay. Really easy walk to the Dome. Parking lot is small but there seemed to be free street parking. But the reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is the location/area was really run down. Lots of police around so never felt unsafe...

Hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The air conditioning in the room worked great! It's within 10-20 minute walking distance of the Alamodome and the San Antonio convention center. The price for the quality of the hotel is also very good! The only thing to be aware of is that the area between the hotel and downtown near the train tracks can be a bit sketchy after sundown, so plan accordingly...

The room was large and clean. I especially enjoyed how quiet it was given how close it was to downtown. It was also safe. There is a secure entrance for those who have checked in, and the parking area is well-lit.

Despite what it looks like on the outside, the service and the attention is top tier. New management is working hard to make the place succeed. Sheets were good, water was hot, good night sleep. It’s very nice affordable in San Antonio. We are over Christmas. The room is basic with king bed, desk and chair, fridge and microwave. Overall clean except the sheet had a stain it but it had been washed. It’s close to everything. My room was clean and cleaned everyday for 2 weeks. The breakfast is packed unless you get in early. I'd get a made to order omelette and go back to bed. Located close enough to everything and there was a free shuttle to the airport and car rental place.

This was the most friendly place I have stayed at in a long while. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Food is delicious and just the right assortment. I love how it's close to Lackland Airforce Base. Denny's is right next door. And all the main stores and food chains are nearby. Kibd service from the staff. This is my 2nd stay here and I've never had any problems there. Plus there is a mini fridge and microwave, that's a huge plus for me as I like to snack on fruits and eat more at the room.
