Not to the expectation of Thompson Hotel. Restaurant was closes, odors in arrival, bathrooms are incredibly slippery and sub par service.

Room was amazing, staff was great, and the property was overall immaculate! Definitely staying here again!

Stayed at the AC Hotel in San Antonio... I usually stay at AC Hotels in Ginza, but okay, I guess it's not too bad considering this one has a self-service washer and dryer. Mercedes is the best waitress at Supper, and Supper is the best restaurant in all of San Antonio. I’ve been to Supper many times before but this is the best experience I’ve ever had. The attentiveness, detail to the food presentation, even making us a “special” cappuccino that tasted 10 times better than the regular cappuccino. Hotel Emma always ranks among the best hotels we stay at. The staff sincerely looks after the needs of the guest. Always a great experience.

All was a great weekend. Only one small discrepancy was when I arrived into the room on Sat afternoon to turn on the a/c unit.  I worked just fine but it had a sour smell blowing out from the unit. We left for dinner and came back and the smell wasn't as strong  as before we left., but it can still be smelled abit. I recommend looking to get it fixed.

The bed was very comfortable, mattress was just right, not too firm, not too soft, the bedding clean, fresh, soft. The pillows were disappointing, however, providing little to no support. Despite this challenge, we were able to get a good night's sleep.Towels were also fresh, clean, soft. Staff was friendly.

We had a great weekend in San Antonio thanks to the Holiday Inn Sea World. Everyone at the hotel took outstanding care of our little group. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the food was great. The shuttle bus took us back and forth so we didn't have to worry about parking. We had a great time and can't wait to go back. A big thank you to all the staff!

Air conditioning wasn’t very effective but it really wasn’t that hot so it wasn’t bad. The shower had some small mold spots probably cause the vent to keep the moisture out wasn’t working well. But other than that everything was about normal.

I was located on the fifth floor. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable the pillows, however, were very flat and hard. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave function properly the water pressure was very good. The housekeeping staff were great. I use the in-house laundry facility. The machines worked well. The soap available was expensive.

The room was clean. It smelled nice. Everything wasn’t working order. I passively interacted with several staff members all of which were friendly and professional. This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from the River center Mall and Alamo. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The only drawback is it’s a little pricey and the fire alarm got accidentally turned on at 7 AM our first morning. The hotel has free coffee, water and tea in your room. There’s also a mini fridge in the room.

The Riverwalk Plaza was a beautiful, historical hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with all questions and concerns. It’s walking distance to the Riverwalk which is a HUGE bonus. Will definitely recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for any stay. My family had a Staycation for a birthday and we loved it. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was definitely fun for our children. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. My children also enjoyed the board games as well. I started staying at this location years ago because it’s conveniently located minutes from the airport but the last 5 years or so I enjoy staying here because of the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, it’s like staying with family.

Hotel was good, everything is dated. TVs are small and only have limited cable channels. Both the soap and conditioner were empty in the shower, yet they leave a card asking for a tip for the cleaning service. They also charge you to park, which seems like money grab to me since they have a parking lot that is hidden and right in front of the hotel.

Room smelled funny, I think it got better as the fan kept running, unless I just got used to it. Bare minimum for bfast (just cereal and bread). But it’s a cheap and safe place to crash for the night if passing through the city.

Affordable, clean, friendly, I stayed here for many time whenever I have a long travel trip.

For a two night stay it was a good choice to stay in and literally sleep. Not noisy at all after all it is by a busy freeway. Other than a couple pillows being stained, but didn’t really matter because I always carry my own pillow when I stay in a hotel, the rest of the room was very clean. There was also a big gap on the bottom of the door that I would recommend get fixed so no bigs get in.
