We had a wonderful stay at the Emma. It was close enough to all that we wanted to visit and will definitely return to the Emma on our next visit to San Antonio.

Mercedes is the best waitress at Supper, and Supper is the best restaurant in all of San Antonio. I’ve been to Supper many times before but this is the best experience I’ve ever had. The attentiveness, detail to the food presentation, even making us a “special” cappuccino that tasted 10 times better than the regular cappuccino. Ask for Mercedes when you visit Supper, it will elevate your experience

Hotel Emma always ranks among the best hotels we stay at. The staff sincerely looks after the needs of the guest. Always a great experience.

All was a great weekend. Only one small discrepancy was when I arrived into the room on Sat afternoon to turn on the a/c unit.  I worked just fine but it had a sour smell blowing out from the unit. We left for dinner and came back and the smell wasn't as strong  as before we left., but it can still be smelled abit. I recommend looking to get it fixed.

The bed was very comfortable, mattress was just right, not too firm, not too soft, the bedding clean, fresh, soft. The pillows were disappointing, however, providing little to no support. Despite this challenge, we were able to get a good night's sleep.Towels were also fresh, clean, soft. Staff was friendly.

Great experience here, the room was great and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The staff friendly at the front desk and the restaurant and bar. Charles the bartender was amazing, very professional, and extremely friendly. Overall, will look to stay here again.

We had a great weekend in San Antonio thanks to the Holiday Inn Sea World. Everyone at the hotel took outstanding care of our little group. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the food was great. The shuttle bus took us back and forth so we didn't have to worry about parking. We had a great time and can't wait to go back. A big thank you to all the staff!

They seem to promote heated pools but none were. And even hot tub was lukewarm at best. Property and rooms were pretty nice. Had a suite, and there was definitely value regarding the rate.

Spacious and impeccable room! Outstanding customer service in all places: Front Desk, Restaurant, Housekeeping Staff, you name it.

Staff communication was poorly handled. Booked executive suite with balcony, instead got a suite without it. I paid the higher rate for this balcony amenity. Had to bring this mixup with staff twice to be heard.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the room was really clean very comfortable for our short holiday stay. We would be coming back soon.

The room and staff were what one would expect of a Hilton. Our attempt at breakfast, however, fell far short of satisfactory. Coffee, oatmeal and eggs were essentially at room temperature, i.e., cold. Our young waitress attempted to correct the issue with cold coffee but that was not the case.

Facilities in room were good. Some staff seemed laissez-faire… unable or unmotivated to proactively take on problems.

First I have to said for the rate for a night stay is probably unbeatable. Some of the Lowest I seen. The location is Great for the Alamodome events, little over a half mile away. Staff was super friendly and great. Room was clean and comfy. My only issue was the highway outside was loud. I don't know if there really is anyway to help cancel the noise. I just turned up the tv. 😁 convenient to downtown, especially if you don't want to stay downtown and over paid.

Air conditioning wasn’t very effective but it really wasn’t that hot so it wasn’t bad. The shower had some small mold spots probably cause the vent to keep the moisture out wasn’t working well. But other than that everything was about normal.

I was located on the fifth floor. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable the pillows, however, were very flat and hard. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave function properly the water pressure was very good. The housekeeping staff were great. I use the in-house laundry facility. The machines worked well. The soap available was expensive.

This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from the River center Mall and Alamo. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The only drawback is it’s a little pricey and the fire alarm got accidentally turned on at 7 AM our first morning. The hotel has free coffee, water and tea in your room. There’s also a mini fridge in the room.

Sabrina checked us in,she was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions! The hotel was clean, our room was spotless and the pillows were great! We also love the fresh ground coffee machine they have. Breakfast was good and the area was kept tidy.

The Riverwalk Plaza was a beautiful, historical hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with all questions and concerns. It’s walking distance to the Riverwalk which is a HUGE bonus. The window made a noise it was loose we had to put paper one it to stop making the noise. The closet doors did not close. The bathroom door was hard to move to close. Light bulb to floor lamp was out. Valet was good the guys were great.

The Riverwalk Plaza is located near other bars and food places. It is great for families, in their lounge they have movies, chess and other family games. On the other side you will find the Gavel. Good bar and great atmosphere, did not try any food but their drinks were on point.

I love how it's close to Lackland Airforce Base. Denny's is right next door. And all the main stores and food chains are nearby. Kibd service from the staff. This is my 2nd stay here and I've never had any problems there. Plus there is a mini fridge and microwave, that's a huge plus for me as I like to snack on fruits and eat more at the room.

The rooms didn't look exactly like the pictures but they still worked for my family. The service was super nice. We never had an issues when we needed extra towels or the bedding changed. This hotel is super close to the air force base.

This is the roughest looking exterior of a La Quinta I've ever seen... It definitely looks like a rough neighborhood and it's not the normal hotel style... Will definitely recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for any stay. My family had a Staycation for a birthday and we loved it. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was definitely fun for our children. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. My children also enjoyed the board games as well. My Favorite SA Innova I checked in. The staff is courteous and straight-forward to visitors. I have been there many times and always got friendly, dutiful service. The good service that was shown never waivered. We stayed here to go to our son's graduation at the Air force base. This Hotel was amazing. The staff was super nice, the rooms were exceptionally clean and it was 15 minutes from everything(SeaWorld, Riverwalk, JBSA etc). Definitely recommend

Room smelled funny, I think it got better as the fan kept running, unless I just got used to it. Bare minimum for bfast (just cereal and bread). But it’s a cheap and safe place to crash for the night if passing through the city.

Affordable, clean, friendly, I stayed here for many time whenever I have a long travel trip.

For a two night stay it was a good choice to stay in and literally sleep. Not noisy at all after all it is by a busy freeway. Other than a couple pillows being stained, but didn’t really matter because I always carry my own pillow when I stay in a hotel, the rest of the room was very clean. There was also a big gap on the bottom of the door that I would recommend get fixed so no bigs get in.

Worked It worked for sleeping a single night. Wouldn’t care much for beyond that. Location good. Power kept going out and the bathroom had mold in shower and faucet ran all night. Did I mention a few roaches?
