Lady at the desk was very odd, unwelcoming, unsettling & not very competent. The hotel itself is very nice.

The hotel staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was perfect! Breakfast had many options that never ran out even with the large amount of people there. Walkable to the Lincoln Memorial and Mall area.

Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and I enjoyed the kitchen amenities. Bathroom was small and lacking an exhaust fan. On site parking is pricey being around $70 (with taxes included). Parking garage was small and cramped.

The staff were friendly and professional. My only complaint was a constant high pitch beep in the 5th floor hall. Like an alarm giving a low battery warning. It was awful and CONSTANT. Also, hearing the elevator machinations while trying to sleep. My room was 504 right behind the elevator.

Good for families
The Foggy Bottom area is nice to stay in, and the Metro was only 4 minutes walk away. The beds and pillows were pretty stiff and dated, but everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast was great! There were lots of hot options and they changed things up every day. I recommend using spot hero to find parking offsite, as we were able to pay around $40 a day versus the $60 a day that the hotel charges.

Great family hotel in Georgetown
The desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. 24 hours snacks were reasonably priced.
The location is perfect: safe, within walking distance of the waterfront and Georgetown shops a quick Uber drive to anywhere on the mall for under $15. The underground parking is tight, you really won’t fit if you have a big car! Watch out for the $10 parking tax on top of their daily fee.
Our family had an excellent time in Washington DC and the residence. Inn was the perfect place to set up our home base.

A decent place for Italian food. Overall, the food was fresh and the complimentary bread was baked to order. I would definitely recommend the salmon entree and the mussels appetizer.

Amazing food, super friendly staff. We were taken care of by Laura(?) just before closing and we had a wonderful time. The food was top notch, I had the ravioli and my date had a seafood pasta dish. We cleaned off both plates! Check this place out for a quiet night out with delicious food and good company.

Steve, I believe who is the manager, has impeccable customer service. He's extremely attentive, greets every guest, asks you questions if you're unsure or overwhelmed by the numerous mouthwatering options, and even follows up if you ask for a taster --- every time! My only regret is not writing this review sooner because service like this should be rewarded!

Delicious food. Great service. The pretzel baguette was scrumptious. The duck was bursting with flavor. Will definitly revisit when I am in the area again.

Wonderfull place to have dinner with friends.
You should certainly taste the meat and the mussels. The portions are big, so you won't leave being hungry for sure.
It is usually quite crowded in the evening, so you better reserve the table in advance.
The service is nice.

Food was delicious - especially the lamb sausage flat bread. Service was mediocre. Cocktails were unusual but delightful.

The food here is consistently good. The service is impeccable and the drinks are always good! We come here for brunch and chose the bottomless option, which runs $16 with the purchase of an entree. They always keep the mimosas flowing.

The host at District Commons was also very accommodating. I called to change the reservation at least three times (party size kept changing) and they were so nice about it.
