Quaint little rooms but comfortable and they have a kitchenette. Parking is only half a block away and cheaper than most places I've stayed. Kinda needs a new paint jobs and the outside doors are locked at 4 pm. Easy 5 min bus ride to downtown though. Would definitely stay again.

What a great little boutique place. Cozy rooms converted from old apartments, I guess, complete with small stove, fridge, and microwave. Lovely location in the middle of tons of restaurants and pubs and amenities. The only minor complaint I have is park. It wasn't clear where we were supposed to park after the hotel's 11 spaces were full. Recommend not driving there if possible as everything in the area is very easy to walk to anyway.

Nasty, Filthy, Dank and Old. Building management paints over rusted out, corroded pipes instead of replacing them. Orange water coming out of shower! Had a "Brown Recluse" spider on the wall of shower! Paid for Queen and Full beds, got Full, and Twin! Complained to front desk manager, he didn't care or apologize. Told me alot of people confuse the Queen for Full size, but they are Queen size! Even after I told him I measured my bed and it was not a Queen! Wouldn't even consider any refund of any kind. Also, there is no elevator. You must walk up stairs carrying your luggage if not on first floor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVEN FOR FREE!

If you like parking almost two blocks away for $30 a day in a hard to maneuver lot, being in a nonsmoking room that smells like stale marijuana while listening to loud group sex through the walls, this is the place for you. If you like cozy feel of a halfway house environment for the same price as a safe secure feeling hotel, this place is for you. This was all in about 30 minutes of being there.I was really excited to stay here because of the location and pictures on the internet. It could be a nice place with different customer service, renovations, and a cleanout of clientele. Be smarter than me. I ended up staying somewhere else and eating the cost at this point, but the rude service and nasty hotel were worth it.

The hotel is weathered, but the staff is great, the location is great, the price is right. The neighborhood is fantastic and if you're in town to see the space Needle, the MoPoP, or something at key arena you can't get closer. Bus service is good, there's lots of good food and fun nearby.
