I made a reservation two months ago
He arrived late at night and showed me a voucher to check-in, so he said he had no idea
I was so confused that I made sure, but the staff didn't know me at all, so I wondered if I had been scammed
Another employee looked closely at the voucher and changed the reservation service a month ago
I was so angry at the irresponsible attitude of changing the online service platform company without any action against pre-bookers
It's past midnight and I just left myself in a state of bewilderment, and the staff is not responding. I didn't do anything wrong. They're senseless hotel operators. I hope you don't go to places like this
In the end, I was left alone after midnight with a tired body and went looking for accommodation by myself
It was the worst experience and time in Bukhara

we were in the restaurant for dinner. Rooftop was open, but a bit windy. The food was very enjoyable.

Our tour group Lupine had us at this hotel & it was nice. It’s centrally located in the heart of the city.

The location was amazing. The best tower view from the hotel roof top. Also my room. Staff is amazing. They are friendly and helpful. I couldn’t enjoy so much without their help. I will book here again if I have chance to come back Bukhara. Breakfast also good. One of best stay hotels I ever had.

My review is about the rooftop bar and restaurant upstairs. It is definitely the best place I’ve been in Bukhara, with staff very efficient and really kind. The view is amazing, the best view you will find in Bukhara. I went to other places looking for a sunset spot and this was definitely the best - see pictures. Also they had nice drinks and prices were reasonable. Highly recommended
