+ Our stay at Suzangaron Hotel was fantastic. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, and located close to many attractions. The staff was kind and attentive throughout our stay. The highlight for us was definitely the new Suzangaron Restaurant & Terrace. The rooftop setting is beautiful, the menu offers a great variety of dishes, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing evening. We highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.- -

+ Suzangaron Hotel was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Uzbekistan. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome from the first day. The rooftop Suzangaron Restaurant & Terrace was a real gem. We enjoyed dinner there while watching the sunset over Bukhara. Great food, excellent service, and a beautiful view made it a memorable experience.- -

The rooftop Suzangaron Restaurant & Terrace deserves special mention. It offers breathtaking views of the city’s historic skyline, delicious local and international dishes, and a very relaxing atmosphere. It quickly became our favorite place to spend the evening. + I visited Bukhara for work and stayed at Suzangaron Hotel for several nights — it turned out to be the perfect choice for both comfort and atmosphere. The hotel combines modern amenities with the beauty of traditional Uzbek architecture. My room had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, a clean bathroom, and a quiet environment — ideal for resting and working. The staff were professional yet genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. Breakfasts were rich and varied, with plenty of local dishes to try. After long business meetings, it was wonderful to relax in the courtyard surrounded by the charm of old Bukhara. This hotel made my business trip feel more like a cultural experience — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.- -

The hotel's location is great, in the middle of the old town and it has a rooftop terrace with nice views. My room was spacious and very clean, staff friendly. However, there was work carried out near my room, so it was dusty. Breakfast was okay, but the stale bread and really bad coffee were disappointing.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the old town. Everything can be done on foot. And the terrace offers a superb view of the city. The beds are large but the mattress is hard. The hotel is quiet. The Wi-Fi didn't work. We had water outages every day, and each time, when we were taking our showers (as in the whole city, apparently). The reception gave us bottles of water to wash with. The breakfast is complete, plentiful, and good. But the whole thing lacks authenticity and seriousness.

Great location with lovely view from window. Friendly receptionist but did not accept credit card. Decent breakfast. Take care if getting taxi here late at night from railway station as it is impossible to get to hotel by road and requires a walk. No real problem but make sure you know exact location of hotel.

There was no elevator or doorman to carry language, since there were stairs to climb the hotel. Un equipped rooms with no toothbrush, room slippers etc. Moreover, there was no one on reception & no intercom in the room, in fact no one at your service. Plus restaurant’s food was also not good.
