Excellent and comfortable hotel, at a very good price. Farouk was extremely helpful, booking trains and taxis for us and advising on restaurants (they also have a great restaurant next door). Thanks!

We stayed in a large room with a bathroom, TV, and two work areas, including two tables, two chairs, and a sofa. There was a comfortable king-size bed, heated floors, a refrigerator, and a large hanger. Laundry facilities were available, and breakfast was included, with a different breakfast every day. The host, Farukh (hi!), was very pleasant and engaging, and an expert on the history and traditions of Central Asia, which earned us great respect.

A nice new hotel, clean, spacious room, great mattresses. Very warm, good hot water pressure, which is important in autumn :) It's a 20-minute walk to the center.

Please be careful with the property.
We had a reservation on Booking and when we showed up they told us they were fully booked up so they couldn't possibly check us in because of it.
The rest is our problem.
So I wouldn't recommend to deal with them at all.
