Such a wonderful family owns this guesthouse. We felt warmly welcomed all the time. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. Wifi worked pretty well. They managed to offer us a different room and late checkout upon our request. The location is very central, you can see the tower from a room window.

It's a family business and they treat you wonderfully. Where the facilities fall short, they more than make up for it with attentiveness and care. Definitely worth returning to.

We stayed here for a night and wished we could have stayed longer. The host and family were so warm and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was new and clean, with fresh towels and sheets. A plus point is the location, which is 1 minute away from the minaret and main square - it was lovely to end the day people watching at the square and heading straight up to the hotel! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bukhara, it is a lovely place.

Very good family hotel. Especially good for budget travel. The hotel is new so everything is very clean. The location is just great. Especially the balcony with a gorgeous view. The owners are simple and kind people.

Ideal location in the heart of Bukhara, right next to the Kalyan minaret. All attractions are within walking distance. Very friendly hosts, promptly answered all questions before check-in, were in touch even in the dead of night, offered a transfer and advised us to visit the most interesting places in the city. Every morning a delicious, lovingly prepared breakfast awaited us. Newly renovated, everything is very clean and tidy. We'll definitely come back again. We advise all guests of Bukhara to stay here
