Great location, close to all the sites but also in a quiet and peaceful area away from the noise.

The rooms and bathroom were super clean with good space and comfy beds.

Amazing breakfast included in the morning. The hosts were really nice and kind and even let me check out a couple hours late to accommodate me for the train.

The structure fully corresponds to the description. The services offered are proportionate to the price of the stay, so the rooms are quite basic but nevertheless comfortable. Overall, good value for money. The rating would have been higher if some additional blankets had been provided or if the one provided had been a little thicker. At the end of October I had to turn on the heating function of the air conditioner until late at night (and it is quite noisy as well as not convenient from both an ecological and economic point of view). Finally, a slightly more varied breakfast would have been appreciated: with two eggs a day I'm afraid my cholesterol has doubled up.

Excellent location, a short walk to Lyab-i Hauz but away from the main flow of tourists, next to a small canal. The rooms are small but very clean and confortable, there is even floor heating in the bathroom for chilly mornings. Everything is new or recently refurbished. Breakfast is ok. The owner/manager speaks limited English but we managed to communicate easily. He is very friendly and arranged a taxi for us to go go Khiva.

We stayed in a guest house for two nights, there were 12 of us, the room was very simple, but very cozy and clean, there was no closet, there was no refrigerator in the room, but we knew about it and we didn’t need it, the location of the hotel is just excellent , 5 minutes and you are in the center of the old city, this was important for us, the breakfasts are very decent, I recommend a visit!
