The staff were very kind and helpful, but by chance, or maybe because it's common, there was a water outage. They said they would come to fix it in the morning, and the water was back on by 8am, so I endured it, but I was sad that I couldn't take a bath that night. That's a pretty common thing in Central Asia, though! But the breakfast was delicious, and they accommodated my early check-in and check-out! I also forgot something and had to go back to get it, and they were very kind and helpful!

A quite decent place in a strict city centre, although it might be a bit difficult to find the location for the first time. And you won't be able to drive and stop there if you're traveling by car. All in all I was happy with the room quality and amount of space (AC and a fridge in the room).

A family of three generations have provided a traditional, beautifully appointed guest house. Very clean with all the basic needs provided. The breakfasts are homemade and traditional, something for everyone. It’s worth getting the guest house to organise a transfer for your arrival but once orientated you will see how conveniently placed for the nearby historical sights, markets & restaurants. The owners are a truly kind family who will take you under their wing & give you plenty of advice if wanted.

It's quite close to Old Town, and the family-run accommodations are incredibly friendly. Even though I was leaving at 4 a.m., they prepared breakfast and even saw me off. Thank you again.

The service at this hotel was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the location was good. It's near the tourist spots.

Absolutely wonderful family-run guest house. The place is conveniently located and close to all major sights in Bukhara. The rooms are modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is extremely generous and tasty- the best one we have had in Uzbekistan so far. We loved everything about our stay- the whole family was very kind, hospitable and helpful. Would recommend 100%!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The family were very friendly, very accommodating. The location is great, only a short walk from the main old town centre. They provided a great breakfast, with lots of choice (meat and non meat options). We had to leave at 4am on our second day and they insisted on providing us with a breakfast to go, which was very kind of them. We were able to wash a full set of clothes for around 150,000 som, they took great care and ironed everything. They also helped us with transport to the train station in the early morning (which is located outside of the city). They were fantastic hosts. The room was very clean, the bedding was fresh and clean. Water bottles were provided.

Incredible location, lovely clean rooms, and wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond for our visit - helping us with washing, and also the family drove us at 4am to the train station for our train - with breakfast packed in a bag.

Situated in the historical centre of the city, cosy new beautifully decorated rooms. Hospitable hosts, always welcoming and ready to help, prompt and advise. Delicious home-cooked breakfasts. The wooden carved ceiling in the room is a separate work of art. The hotel is simply great!
