Excellent hotel! The room was quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was also quite delicious.

I wish you the best, everything is clean, close to the center, 1 km away, it's quiet. I pay too. It's been three days, it's convenient, I liked the breakfast, it's very good.

All the staff were great. However, the payment process was quite inconvenient. I had already paid online, but upon arrival, I had to re-pay at the front desk and then cancel my original online payment.

The hotel is excellent, everything you need is in the room, close to all the attractions, buffet breakfast, for every taste, a good choice.

Unemotional staff, no hello, no goodbye... breakfasts are yesterday's, there is a choice, but the quality suffers

The room was large and the hotel was very satisfying overall. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was able to eat a lot, including Uzbek sweets and bread

The hotel is located in an area close to the airport, and although the road in front of the hotel is narrow, it wasn't a problem as I was able to have someone pick me up right in front of the hotel using a ride-hailing app

The Tashkent subway station was also not too far away, about a 10-minute walk away

The bathroom was quite spacious.

The staff were friendly, but they were a bit annoyed by all my questions. They simply answered all my requests verbally and didn't fulfill them. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the shower overflowed

The spa was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but it didn't open until check-out time, so I wasn't able to use it. Overall, however, I was satisfied with my stay

So choose groundfloor rooms if you have lots of luggage. Did not try the pool as it was too hot during my stay. There were no umbrellas / no shade

Only a few hundred metres walking distance away from the northern gate via a park. Choose rooms with balcony / pool ans city views

Clean rooms, hearty excellent breakfast, service at a good level. The great location makes this hotel one of the best for those tourists who decided to explore Khiva and are accustomed to comfort.

The hotel provides u almost every facilities from clean room to poll,gym etc. Thers amazing chandelier everywhere u look including cafareia with amazing breakfast Overall experience was awesome

5 mins walk to the old city walls, the hotel is very new and a great place to relax after traveling and sight seeing, plus our rooms had a terrace with a good view of the old city walls

Located just near the gates and wall (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel manager is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay

The shower was over the bath but on the plus side there was good water pressure and a heated towel rail. No toaster, not much of a selection at all

There is a permanently on heated towel rail in the compact bathroom though, which on a 30 C day overheats the whole room; not just the bathroom. Why not supply an ON / OFF valve; which would help save energy too

Why? The following morning this was rectified after a request and we also then got 2 hand towels. Who audits the housekeepers? There is an in room safe but it was not attached, so we declined to use it

Being on the upper floor I suspect a lot of room heat was coming from the roof. Nice towels for the first 2 days but then much thinner ones for the last night

There was clear info in the room re the ok value laundry service; which if we had known about earlier we would have planned to use. Others in our AA group then found this timely service very efficient

A wonderful place, everything is new, clean, and beautiful. We didn't get around to the pool. There are some good cafes and grocery stores nearby, and a liquor store is 1 km away.

The bathroom included both a shower and a deep soaking tub, complemented by a generous supply of toiletries. Service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were smart, responsive, and efficient in addressing any requests

Rooms are really huge and spacious, which I think is the best thing about this place. The hotel location is also good, despite not being quite near city center, there are paths and museums walkable

WiFi worked well in the lobby but zero in your room. Restaurant was adequate for breakfast and dinner. Rooms and common spaces appear clean

Great Hotel with pretty views & Friendly Staff

The receptionist can speak english & even book a transport to us to Amirsoy. The room was amazing with a superb mountain view with autumn colors. The breakfast was nice & variety with local & western

The location is excellent. It's in the mountains, the view is beautiful, the pool has no major flaws, and overall it meets expectations. Visitors are likely pleased with the water's cleanliness, temperature, and comfort.

It seems to me everything is perfect except from administrations’ attitude. They should be taught to how to talk with clients. There are table tennis, billiards and of course swimming pool

At the end I cancelled my booking in the other hotel and stay in this hotel because of Narjes kindness. The cost is unbeatable compared to the services you get. The hotel is in the nice small park

I reached the hotel by mistake looking for anthor hotel. But the reception Narjes was soo nice lady she explained everything about the city and she answered all our questions

The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level

Nice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price

I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave...

The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station

I was disappointed that I couldn't order food in the evening, and the front desk contacted the management who sent someone to a restaurant, took photos of the menu, and delivered the food to my room

For improvement, the pool water was 19 degrees, so we couldn't use it. The Turkish bath also never heated up. But overall, the price and quality are in line

We liked the location – it's close to a street with many restaurants. Registan Square is about a 25-minute walk away, where you'll find a pedestrian street, a market, and other attractions

You can also take a taxi, which costs 100-150 rubles. The staff is very polite! They'll tell you everything you need to know and make sure you're comfortable. The breakfasts are quite good, and the cleaning is excellent

Super clean and huge rooms in the new wing. Location was great because of walking distance to restaurants at the gastronomy street despite being on a quiet side street. Not too far from attractions and train station

The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the towels were yellow, not white. The outlet fell out when you pulled out the hair dryer. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and offered us lemonade

The good: the courtyard is lovely, the hamam pool is small, but there is one. We stayed in a suite; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were poor

When I checked out, they charged me 300,000 som and they still haven't explained what the fee was???

When we checked in the room was set up for 1 person – I set of towels, 1 bottle of water, 1 chair. We got it equipped for 2 and then had to go in search of our carry-on luggage, which hadn’t been delivered to our room

The room was fairly large, comfortable but rather stark, in 50s style. We liked that we could open the window and that it had screens. The bed was a bit hard and the towels a bit worse for wear

Hotel is situated just outside the South Gate of the old city. It is a large and charming place with a garden and a swimming pool although that wasn’t open when I was there

It's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom: a full set of towels. Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. However, the shower head holder didn't work. The stall has several settings, but everything worked
