A very nice hotel with excellent service; definitely worth staying at.
The condition of the accommodation is not good for traveling in the summer as there are no windows or air conditioning, but the city of Andijan has very delicious food and is a place to remember.
Beautiful hotel, it’s bright of everywhere 🤩
Big connecting family rooms with two bathrooms 👍
Near of all things ( mall, bakery, market, barber … )
Free access at water park 🥳
Super staff
THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
The room is perfectly beautiful. Can’t really speak English but translation will do the job. Lots of mini marts right outside the hotel.
Very good, kind front desk people. Arranged taxi good. Speaks good English. Patient and helpful.
Clean and Accommodating staffs, budget friendly hotel.
I have always said that Andijan is underserved in hospitality. Now this hotel is what Andijan needs and what it deserves. In many previous trips, I suffered in Andijan hotels. This time was excellent experience
The hotel in the best location. Close to the “Yangi Bozor”, close to the train station, close to the airport, and to some of the best restaurants of Andijan. Service was very good in general
Settled for 10 days in this excellent hotel, polite and experienced staff at the reception, service at the highest level. The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable, it is felt that people tried for the guests
It seems to be the best hotel in the area. But for a small city, it's just so-so. The hotel readily agreed to my request for a late check-out until 2 PM, which was great, thank you.
This a very good and high-quality hotel, even by Western standards. I was visiting from Europe and was positively surprised by how clean and modern the rooms were
The facilities in the hotel can only be said to be neat, and the quality of the disposable items is not good. The water is very small, so I bought a few large bottles to make tea
The hotel is quiet, with pleasant music, excellent breakfasts, a wide selection of food, and a coffee machine in the restaurant on the first floor with windows and a beautiful neutral interior (restaurants are often on the -1 floor in Tashkent hotels)
Nice big room and very clean. The spa was private and seemed busy but the Finnish sauna wasn’t open. Location is close to airport and train stations but not very close to any attraction. Good service and breakfast.
I couldn't use the hammam because it was closed for renovations, but in exchange, they extended my check-out time and pool time
A good hotel with clean and spacious rooms snd soft towelling robes. The staff are all helpful and most spoke good English
I didn't care, but I didn't want to embarrass the girls, so I kept the curtains closed. I couldn't really rate the breakfast because I left very early, but I really enjoyed the takeaway breakfast they gave me
We arrived very late in our second stag and the night receptionist used his own account to order a pizza for us because our card didn’t work. Breakfast was good and you can book the spa for an exclusive hour

The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet area, a stable hot water supply, and a suitable water flow, making for a fantastic shower experience! The room also comes equipped with various practical amenities, such as air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, a small refrigerator, and even charging cables – a truly thoughtful touch
The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The mattress's firmness is just right, perfectly conforming to my body's curves, making me feel like I'm lying on a cloud
The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The hotel is also run by a Chinese owner. I will choose a Chinese hotel next time I come to Tashkent for a business trip.
Stepping into the hotel lobby, the spacious and bright space, coupled with the stylish and elegant decor, instantly creates a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere
The corridors are clean and tidy, free of any unpleasant odors, and remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The room is even more delightful, with a well-planned layout and ample natural light
The furniture and decorations in the room are of high quality, with attention to detail showcasing the room's refined taste
Hotel Continental in Samarkand offers a comfortable and pleasant stay for travelers visiting this historic city. Beyond its elegant appearance, what truly stands out is the warm and courteous behavior of the staff
Reception helps us contact taxi and give suggestions for restaurant. Bedroom and bathroom all clean. Hotel walkable to restaurants and convenient store. Variety of breakfast and delicious too
The staff are professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile—whether it’s arranging transport, offering local tips, or handling special requests
Everything is fine, no complaints at all, good location, don't forget to dine in next door restaurant, boulevard, and Russia-china bank muzey take photo
Their polite and respectful attitude adds a personal touch to the stay, making guests feel at ease and valued
From check-in to checkout, the team ensures guests feel welcomed and well taken care of

The family room is a spacious two-bedroom suite. There's ample parking, perfect for those driving. There's also a small garden on the first floor. Many European and Chinese tour groups choose this hotel.
The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean
The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs
Super. Nice, clean, staff are very professional about their work. Lovely restaurant, very tasty 5+. Live music. Well done. I advise everyone.
Very new, good environment, rich breakfast variety (taste average), but the location is a bit remote, a little far from the ancient city.
Very nice, there is no bunak in Bukhara, the restaurant is great. Thank you.
Excellent hotel with impeccable service, we got a free room upgrade, good breakfast... there is a pool, it was cool at the time, but that's the case everywhere in Uzbekistan, the main thing is clean
Excellent
Very clean and comfortable
The breakfast was also good.
Free late check-out, good experience
This hotel is far from the city center, but it is very quiet. The waiter's response speed is also relatively high, but the infrastructure is relatively old, and the breakfast can be said to be quite average.
The outdoor pool was very nice and beautiful
There was a show while eating breakfast
The menu was not very diverse
It was unique because it was divided into villas
The room was maximalist and fancy, but in some senses it could be a little tacky
It was a shame that there was difficulty in getting an ATM or exchanging money
The biggest problem is that the location is difficult to find. Taxis can't always find the hotel, and Google Maps also goes around and around. Instead, Baidu Maps is the most reliable in Uzbekistan
The room facilities are a bit old, the TV is very small, and there is always the roar of machines, which affects the quality of sleep. The pillows are also uncomfortable and there is no comb
The hotel is a garden villa type, very very large, each villa has about 8 rooms, and the rooms are also very large. The overall service is also good, and the location is also very good
The hotel is very close to the airport, a 10-minute drive. It should be noted that if it is the T3 passenger terminal, it is very far from T1 and T2. They are not in the same place
Very nice pool and sauna, hotel even packed breakfast because we had to leave early. Restaurant is really nice, and affordable
Their support made my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. My room was also great! I really appreciated how peaceful the hotel is - just what I needed after a long flight. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Expect a taxi into the city to be around 60000 on Yandex and the airport half that or less. My flight got in before check-in time but they accommodated. Breakfast was great with plenty of options
I liked the hotel; it was small and cozy. I specifically booked it for its convenient location near both the airport and the train station. It was absolutely perfect for a one-night stay.
Had about 48 hours in Tashkent before a flight to Nukus. Great spot to be for a day of exploring in the city and close to the airport for an early morning flight
I had an issue that wasn’t even related to my reservation, but Mirhon and Nurmukhammad from the front desk went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly
I also really enjoyed the wellness facilities — the indoor pool, sauna, and gym were all well-maintained and relaxing after a day of exploring the city
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — always smiling and ready to help with anything I asked. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning
The shower didn't have a curtain, so water splashed outside, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially unsafe. The air conditioner was loud, and I don't know why, but it really disrupted my sleep
Although the hotel isn’t right in the city center, it’s in a quiet, safe area and only a short drive to major attractions. I actually appreciated the peace and quiet after busy days out
Overall, Bentley Hotel exceeded my expectations — it truly deserves its 5-star rating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent!
The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed
Bukhara's top-ranked hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. It's incredibly unique and conveniently located in the Old City, making it easy to get to all the attractions
Hotel staff are helpful but for some reason the housekeeping did not do our room for our entire duration of stay. The rooms are big but for some unknown reason the bathroom is small. Did get answer from sraff either
I stayed at the Mercure near Bukhara's Old City for a business trip. The overall environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious
Beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I called reception for help..they sent someone to my room immediately. Variety and delicious breakfast.
Most hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside
It is close to the attraction main place such as the Poi Kalyan. The ambient is nice and the room i get is spacious and nice. Clean and beautiful.
But the hotel itself, the staff, the room and all the extra amenities which they offer are absolutely amazing. There is a pool and a spa which you can use and also a bar open 24/7
Excellent hotel, superb service, and the amenities were Baden-Baden amazing! 😄
No washing machine, no gym, but everything else is great, especially the breakfast, which is quite substantial.
Great experience from check in to check out. Everything I needed they provided. Rooms were great, breakfast good, sauna, we really enjoyed our stay here and will be back! Thank you 🙏 staff, location close to airport
It is very close to the airport and the railway station, a five-minute drive. It is very far from the city center, and the surrounding area is like a rural-urban junction, with no supporting facilities
Beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely quiet green space behind the hotel. It was the perfect end to our vacation in Central Asia
On the positive side, breakfast was above average with a decent variety, and the outdoor pool offered a good place to relax
The only drawback is the lack of a kitchen. Breakfast is brought from somewhere. Well, and there is nowhere to have a snack in the evening in the hotel either. But they offer and help to use the food delivery service
The hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. We were checked in early, without extra charges. They look for ways to help with all questions. There is water/tea in the room, sweets for tea
you can feel the culture with this hotel, and the staff here are amazing from receptionist to everyone serving food at the buffet, love the ambiance and hospitality
I like the style of the hotel very much. It is very distinctive and the breakfast is also good. It's very convenient to take a taxi to the attractions
and btw you can get 15percent discount with emirhan restaurant if you are staying at this hotel
I had a 90 minute spa treatment here and it was genuinely wonderful. Doli was amazing, very attentive, skilled, and made the whole session feel relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling lighter and refreshed
The hotel is simply wonderful! Very clean, friendly staff! Breakfast is excellent! The spa is superb! I really liked it, I recommend it! If I'm in Samarkand again, I will definitely book this hotel!
The location is convenient to historical sites, the rooms are clean, the spa is included in the room rate, the breakfast is good and there is plenty to choose from. I recommend it.
His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail are truly world-class. Every movement was precise and perfectly balanced between strength and relaxation — you can tell he knows the human body exceptionally well
What stood out most was his ability to sense exactly where the tension was and release it with expert technique and calm confidence. I left the session feeling completely renewed, both physically and mentally
The spa itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and offers a peaceful atmosphere, but it’s the dedication of therapists like Xabib that make this place truly special
I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveler. It's located in a quiet residential area, so it's a great place to stay without any noise
It's very convenient to get to the exhibition hall; it's only a 10-minute walk. It's a great, very quiet hotel.
Although it's in a residential area, it's near the entrance, so it's a short walk to the main street
Room is clean and interior is beautiful. Close to white mosque.
The receptionist was exceptionally nice; thank you very much
There's also a decent supermarket nearby, and within walking distance are the Minor Mosque, various restaurants, and an electronics mall selling smartphones, PCs, and other items
She's young and needs guidance, as she doesn't even look at anyone), the travel agency is in the hotel, and there's an elevator. It also has a sauna and a swimming pool
Overall I really enjoyed my stay, Yandex taxis are easy to use, getting to and from the hotel, is easy to find and the reception staff are polite and always happy to answer and help with any questions or issues with arriving
Our tour placed us in this hotel, and I was quite apprehensive because it was a three-star hotel in a country I didn't know. To my surprise, the hotel was much better than I expected. Considering its category, it's great
Comfortable room, good breakfast (the lady at the breakfast restaurant needs to put down her cell phone and say good morning to the guests
Hello! We traveled to Tashkent from September 13th to 23rd and stayed at your hotel
It ended up not working; we stayed for 10 nights, which is enough time to fix it. I hope you'll work on these issues, but I can't give you a higher rating at this point, as I consider these issues significant
I had a wonderful experience at Sahid Zarafshon. From the moment I checked in until the minute I departed, the service was seamless and the staff were incredibly welcoming
I appreciate the modern, clean, and spacious rooms with large bathrooms
Moreover there are other amenities which include the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, sauna, and full-service spa
Good price value ratio hotel with comfortable beds. Service is nice with exceptions of the employee behind the Omelett station
Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a well-maintained fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool. The lobby area is also very grand and spacious
The Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s within walking distance to local supermarkets and main city areas. Plus, it’s just a very short taxi ride to the historic Ark of Bukhara
Verdict:
Whether you’re here for the history or just a relaxing getaway, this hotel is an ideal base. The brilliant staff truly make you feel at home
A hotel with very good service, clean rooms, good towels, and all the necessary accessories from slippers to toothbrushes, good bed linen! And what attracts is the large pool, spa and large fitness club in the hotel! And I want to say a special thank you! To the hotel manager Javokhir! for the prompt resolution of the problem with the room reservation! I booked and paid from the Trip
When it was fully booked, the front desk gave me a room upgrade for free. The front desk was staffed by Chinese speakers, and there was an indoor swimming pool and restaurant. Overall, it was very convenient to stay
The room is clean and tidy, the gym and swimming pool are professional, and the front desk service is friendly
It has a 25-meter semi-standard swimming pool where you can exercise for free.
The room was average, three stars plus standard. The swimming pool and sauna were very good.
com app on December 31st due to an error from January 31st to January 1st, 2026, but it should have been January 1st or 2nd, and Javokhir rebooked me over the phone for the desired date! It's good when such professional staff as Javokhir work in hotels! We will definitely come back again! And we are promoting it to our friends!
Was a nice experience staying at the Medina hotel. It was conveniently located a few km from many famous sites and good restaurants, nice pool, and well maintained. Rooms were simple, but clean.
It's called Medina Hotel, so you might think it's inside Medina, but it's actually on the roadside. The hotel is a one-kilometer walk from Registan Square
First of all, there is the breakfast restaurant, which has a nice environment and the food is worthy of this small hotel. The swimming pool is filled with water and cleaned every day
After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride
The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there
They gave me the wrong room! I went to a room first, and when I opened the door, there were two boxes! I didn't dare go in for fear of being beaten to death, so I asked the front desk to open the door for me to confirm
