It's best to arrive early for breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful. There's a bank in the same building, with currency exchange, and a 20-30-minute walk to the Kassym-Sheikh Mausoleum

Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, and everything is top-notch. The breakfasts are simply amazing. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you need the Southern Railway Station, this hotel is the best choice.

The best place for the price I've stayed in Tashkent. I liked everything, but I was a little cold in December. Everything is clean, good wifi and quiet room without noise. Would I stay here again? - Yes.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was nourishing, the staff were super friendly and always asked me if I needed anything, the room was beautiful, and there was sufficient heating

The staff are very polite and speak Russian; they're always ready to explain and assist with anything you need. I was also happy that there was no outside street noise or sounds from neighbors in the room

Basic hotel. Room walls are so thin, you can hear the people talking or snoring in the adjacent room.. I book only one night to stay not far from the airport for an early morning flight and the price was very good

There are fast food, pharmacy and nice Turkish restaurant around. Room, we stayed in double standard room where 2 single beds were attached, and additional mattress was provided. Staff, speaks Russian and English

Staff needs to be more responsive and attentive. If you need something you need to remind them a few times about it, in our case it was mattress and scales which i had to call and remind 3 times

Actually the accomodation of this hotel was super classy. We loved the atmosphere in this hotel. And the decoration inside the hotel was so good. Had a nice welcoming behaviour from the hotel manager and was very helpful

The owner responded to various requests seriously and quickly and was very helpful They also arranged a one-day taxi to Shahri Saabs for a reasonable price of $50 (the driver told me it was $80), so I was able to afford a little more

Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, TV is torn out by the roots and wires are sticking out. Very hospitable guys at the reception and are always ready to help with everything: carry luggage, order a taxi, etc

We led a two day training in their conference room on the fourth floor. The room was nice with good chairs. Food was also provided. It is in the center of Andijon. We didn't stay in the hotel but will next time.
