The hotel is nice. But the room itself need to renovate. As the shower drainage is clogged. And the reception area cannot really speak in English. And make sure bring cash as their credit card payment is always offline.
Complimentary Towels and water you need to ask. There’s a big opportunity for the hotel but it is not being maintained so far.

The hot water was not available until we asked for it and it took quite a few hours to get the hot water in the room

When I checked in, they boldly gave me a different room because they said the room I had reserved wasn't available. They offered to move me to my room the next day, but they didn't keep their promise the next day either. This hotel is truly rude and disrespectful to its customers.
I booked for two nights, but they didn't even clean the room between stays. Furthermore, the bathroom stank so badly it gave me a headache. They didn't even give me a key card, which was incredibly inconvenient. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, ruining my trip.

Hard to find, but good stay
At first it was a bit hard to get there because the address to the property attached to the booking was wrong. I recommend them to fix it. That was the only problem.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.

On the good side it's cheap and if you don't mind a fair walk sights are within reach.. but don't expect your room to be cleaned or think water in the shower will be hot,or, your toilet will flush easily..

The location was a bit far from the tourist spots, but taxi fares were cheap so it wasn't a problem. It seemed to have been newly remodeled, and the five of us stayed in one room, and they gave us a very spacious room so we were comfortable. I was grateful for the breakfast that was prepared with such care. It's a great hotel for the price.

Hello everyone. Asia Plaza Hotel has all kinds of amenities. Hotel staff are courteous and skilled in their work. In terms of location, it is convenient to go to all parts of the city of Samarkand. Most importantly, there is a quiet, relaxing, fatigue-relieving design. It has a convenient location for all representatives of the region who come to Samarkand region. I wish the hotel staff great success in their work.
