A peaceful strategic area with a less than a kilometre reaching to Registan Square. I felt safe walking alone at night in this area.The hotel does not have a lift (elevator), so be mindful of heavy luggages.

The budget hotel has a good location and a quiet environment. It's about 300 meters from Timur Mausoleum and a 10-minute walk from Registan Square. The front desk service was okay; the two-hour late check-out was very convenient. There are some restaurants nearby, mostly serving kebabs, which are quite flavorful.

Breakfast average. Staff were friendly and helpful, although one of them preferred to keep laying on the sofa and sleep while we were checking out as if we were passing through his bedroom. There is no water boiler in the rooms. You have to call for tea and coffee if you want to have.

The hotel is right next to Timur's Mausoleum, about a 5-minute walk (by car), and Registan Square is 1.6 km away, which is also within easy walking distance (by car). The nights are very quiet, and the breakfast is good, with delicious pasta dishes.

It's a little far from Registan Square. But there are things to see up there, so it might be nice to take a walk.
The room was spacious and had a refrigerator.
The toilet drains weakly. The shower had good hot water. The hair dryer is attached to the wall and shuts off after about 30 seconds because it's too hot, and can be used again after 2-3 minutes. It takes a while to dry properly.
There is a generous breakfast available. It was nice to sit by the window and eat while looking at the mosque.
You can pay by credit card too.

The hotel is perfectly located. The view from the window is wonderful, and sights are within walking distance. The room with a balcony is beautiful—small, clean, and equipped with everything we needed (I only have a photo of it with our belongings after check-in). Hot water is brought to your room if you need it. The room's design is a special plus: the wooden ceiling and furniture, and the tiled decor! It's beautiful! The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very helpful! We loved everything!

Everything else is very good, including cleanliness, environment, breakfast quality, etc. It is a pity that there is no kettle for Chinese guests. Moreover, nowadays, we cannot do without our mobile phones. When we return to the hotel, we need to charge them first, including using our laptops. , and there are so few sockets in the room that you even need to unplug the lamp on the bedside table to free up the sockets before you can use it.
