Great hotel at a good location. It is easy to use Yandex for pick up here. Good heating during winter. Room is big and spacious. Breakfast is delicious too.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Samarkand so far. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly book here again on my next trip to Samarkand.

I guess, location is the best you could ask for.
A very nice hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and neat. Beautiful lobby. Small craftsmanship Store is inside (bought some souvenirs).
Breakfast is included.

Stayed in hotel couple of weeks back it was good to be there. Location is ideal for to visit nearby popular places like Registan Square. Rooms and hotel services are satisfactory.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the evening buffet. The food variety was rich and I liked it pretty much.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the Samarkand Grand Plaza Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations for several reasons: Room Service: Room service was not functioning well, and there was no cleaning or tidying of the room for three consecutive days. Reception Service: The reception staff lacked effective communication with clients and did not demonstrate a client-oriented approach. Amenities: Toothpaste and toothbrush were not initially provided. When requested, the toothpaste quality was very poor and unusable (photo attached for reference). Breakfast Service: While the breakfast was average, the staff asked guests several questions during the meal, which was uncomfortable and intrusive. The only notable advantage of the hotel was its convenient location. I hope you take this feedback constructively to address the mentioned issues and improve the overall guest experience.

Nice hotel, university area, clean rooms, as is the entire place. Quiet, but not many amenities... almost no staff, breakfast a bit poor... not much, and the staff isn't very attentive to your needs. It's clean, but otherwise, let's leave it alone.

Very bad hotel they said it’s full but it’s totally empty with only one person working.. I don’t recommend it for anyone
