Art Hotel in Tashkent

This is horrible. They didn't fix my door. They lie. They don't fix it right away.

We ended up in this hotel because everything was booked up before the May World Boxing Championships and the referendum. Upon entering, you are immediately struck by the condition of the carpeting, the old shabby sofa and the smell of old things. The hotel is very shabby and needs a major overhaul! But it was even worse in the room 🤕 Immediately upon entering the room we felt a terrible smell of vomit, asked to give us another room, to which we received the answer that if you don’t like it there are no rooms available, look for another hotel! Because There were no other hotels for the reasons described above, we were offered to move to a hostel🙈 We must pay tribute to the manager at the reception, he at least offered to give a discount for the room, but after calling the “owner” of the hotel, the discount was also canceled!!! There was nothing to do, because... We were still with the child, we opened all the windows, turned on the air conditioning and ventilated the room for a long time! The furniture and carpeting are in terrible condition, the air conditioning is from the last century, Wi-Fi barely works!!! In the morning, an even bigger surprise awaited us when we opened the curtains of the opposite window and saw that it was impossible to open the window, because it was covered from top to bottom with plastic film screwed onto self-tapping screws😳 Why didn’t we understand!? In general, a big hello to the “owner” of this “hotel” and advice to tourists to avoid this place!!!
