Stayed here for 2 nights and would highly recommend it to anyone! The staff are incredible - always very helpful and will go out of their way to help and give advice. Arrived at 3am from my flight and hadn't warned that I would be a late check in - was greeted by name at the door and quickly checked in. In the morning, had a pleasant breakfast and enjoyed the lovely outdoor area. Staff at reception were very helpful in suggesting how to get around - gave me their card in case I needed to call. Generally I love to wander around and enjoy the city but it started to rain at lunch and I was caught out in the cold and wet. Had been trying to find a place to eat and was lost - called the hotel and they talked me through directions and even spoke to the taxi driver for me when I was confused, directed him to take me to a lovely place for some warm food. The dinner restaurant is small but food is lovely and service is friendly and attentive. I really felt so well taken care of and the front of house team were really what made the stay amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom is great and outdoor pool is a winner. I spoke Russian but have been living overseas for over 20 years so very much felt like a tourist. I have heard the team speak English and it is good and they are just as helpful to all other guests.

A very nice cozy hotel. Located downtown Tashkent but in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed there for two weeks with my family and two year old son - our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Service at the hotel is perfect. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and spacious. They have a very nice green area next to the pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a couple of weeks in August when we first arrived in Tashkent. Rooms ok, service ok, Internet works, food nice (good Thai salad) and outside pool area a great place to chill and have a beer.

Amazing hotel

The room facilities were good, but the bathroom ventilation was poor. Even with the fan running, there was still a lingering odor.
The breakfast room's decor was pleasantly surprising, with its simple yet distinctive black and white paintings. I spent a long time admiring it.

Best place in all our trip in Uzbekistan. A great team managing an excellent renovated hotel. Highly recommend the luxurious room with living area. Also the food at the restaurant is very good! You won't fail staying here during your days at Tashkent

I received good service at a reasonable price.

In a villa area, there is a convenience store when you turn right when you go out. It is also very close to the very beautiful Astronaut subway station. It is convenient for travel, quiet, clean and tidy.
Finally, a reminder: you don’t need to check the card to get electricity, but there is a power switch for all the sockets in the room at the door, together with the light switch~

The hotel is a great trade off to visit the city, enjoy some time by the pool, and have reasonable price!

It is managed by young staff, but very attentive to client needs.
Rooms are not super new, but on the other hand are very spacious!
