-The location isn't very noisy.
-Not very close to the lake but it's fine coz it's near some bakeries, Circle K and Vincom Ba Trieu.
-The staff were ok (I was just a bit shocked that the housekeeping staff really opened the door even though I was inside)
-has a lift (it was a bit smelly when I was about to go to my designated room though)
-the bed is soft enough for me
Need to improve:
-cleanliness ( some parts of the room and AC are dusty and I saw some traces of mold? in the bathroom)
-the ventilation fans need to be checked coz I'm not sure if they were functioning well.
-some lights couldn't be turned on
-the carpets on the hallway looked old
This hotel location good, in city central, have a road view, nearby have restaurant or just walking about 10 minutes. In room have the rope ladder and fire extinguisher. Taxi easy to find and come.
