We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
It's not very close to the old town, but that wasn't a problem as we easily took a taxi to the tourist sites for a reasonable price. The welcome was warm and the breakfast delicious.

A pleasant and affordable hotel, we honestly expected worse. The breakfast buffet was Asian-style, not the most extensive, but it had all the essentials: hot dishes, desserts, and fruits. There's a large park nearby, great for walks and exercise. The shower was excellent, and the bed comfortable. There were a few minor issues in the room, but the staff quickly resolved them. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The worst experience ever.
I stayed 3 nights at this hotel which had no window, no safety box, horrible breakfast, and the receptionist wanted to hold my passport at check-in.
Nobody understand English.

The rooms are not sound proof enough

Location near VFS office is convenient for travel but service is nothing. Want to drink water have to pay instead of getting 2 free bottles of water. Hotel but service is nothing special like a motel. Blanket is quite thin and cold

Not bad! There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom when taking a shower. The hot water in the shower exhausts the hot air and the air is not comfortable to breathe. The breakfast is delicious and the front desk service is very enthusiastic.

The hotel is a half-hour walk from the train station. There is a 24-hour reception, we were checked in at five in the morning.
The cheapest room had a window and air conditioning, quite spacious and cozy. The room has its own bathroom with a shower cabin, there is also a hygienic shower, but it is not conveniently located - on the left side.
The room has a minibar, which includes paid bottled water, which was given for free in other hotels.
The hotel provides a buffet breakfast, but the dishes were not very tasty.

The bed was very hard and so small.we also need to pay for water which is meant to be free
