Breakfast at the hotel was diverse and tasty, perfect for my taste. The staff were warm and attentive, taking great care of guests.

The front desk service was absolutely terrible. I encountered three staff members; only one young woman was nice. The two men acted as if I owed them money. Aside from the attitude, the bedsheets were stained black, the pillows were yellow, the ashtray still had ashes from the previous guest, and there were no disposable slippers. Even though I didn't use the towels, the fact that they were yellow was disgusting. There was a small, creepy space outside the window that I don't know where it led. I'm genuinely baffled; even if the price wasn't high, this is unacceptable.

The room lights couldn't be turned off, so I had to pull out the key card in the middle of the night.

Far away from old city. Photos make rooms soo amazing. Breakfast basic but good enough with real coffee eggs, sausage toast pho. Fruit.
