Our flight arrived at 10 AM and was at 2 AM, with a check-out time of 11:30 PM that same night. The timing was unusual, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They immediately agreed to let us check in early and even kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge – we were so touched!
The location was also very convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes nearby, making it easy to get around and live comfortably.
Snacks and fruit were provided on the table for us to help ourselves – such a thoughtful detail. Even more surprisingly, the staff, following Chinese tradition, prepared red envelopes for both children containing Vietnamese Dong – a very festive and thoughtful touch.
The environment and facilities were excellent; the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
Cleanliness: Fairly clean, but the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed when I checked in, with many creases.
Environment: The surrounding streets are a bit messy, but the location is still easy to find.
Services: Luggage storage is available at the front desk.
