Good value room and location - staff were very kind too.

The staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately, the shower water was weak and I didn't feel refreshed enough.
This may have been due to the room condition, but I hope they will improve it.

The Hotel is Neat clean Good to stay, The BreakFast is served at the opposite side another hotel hardly 1-2 min walk but the BF was very less No spread available only few fruits and Breads & one dish to Order...Anna ( Lady at Reception counter) was very kind & helpful....I think she is the person whom U can trust for your requirement. Toiletries are good as per the rate of accomodation is Economical. Overall Good for a 1-2 day stay...

Visit Ha noi
The trip is planned and the hotel is chosen because we got a good price. The hotel is located quite centrally - Ha Noi old quarter. Many small restaurants and coffee shops are located around the hotel. The hotel staff is kind and helpful.

Unfriendly woman. We arrived at the hotel early. Then a man gave us a room for one night and in the morning there was a woman at the reception and she was very unfriendly and angry because she didn't know us. We tried to explain but she didn't want to listen or understand. She wanted us to pay quickly and leave. Not customer friendly. Room was dirty and expensive. We had to wait a long time for hot water. Not recommended.

i and my family really had great vacation in Vietnam specially at DLG hotel. the rooms is very large and clean, spacious. the staff is helpful.thank you amy and jay support me during i stayed DLG. i will introduce for my friend

Deceiving and please do not waste your money here. Go elsewhere with better value. The actual room is worst than cheap motel anywhere. The pictures is a lie. No service exist..except the security guy who was very helpful although he does not speak english. Receptionist extremely rude and do not like her job. With this facility they should charge 100k per night

Great location. Room adequate size. Hot water to shower. Room has mini fridge and kettle. Bring good earplugs if wanting to try and get any sleep. Club next door is extremely loud. Can feel the music bass in the room. Very annoying to hear this late into the night.
