Service was not that great. They have no assistance given to guests who are looking for motorbike rental. The place looks old and looks like need renovations. The swimming pool is not clean. Breakfast was not that delicious. In the room, there's a loose tile that causes us to trip every time. Some of the power outlets are not working as well. I forgot my airpods in the room, when I came back, there are new guests who checked in already but they said they did not find it because they did not clean the room. So that's why I asked, how come they allow a new guest to check in without even cleaning the room?

The location wasn't bad; we were in a bungalow overlooking the pool. The doors were broken, the faucets weren't working, and it was very dirty!
We didn't want to swim in the pool...

The location is fantastic; you're right in the city center but not too crowded, and you can enjoy cross-country skiing in the evenings. Unfortunately, it's very noisy, and our room was right next to the elevator, which I heard ringing every time. The staff were very friendly but spoke very little English. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but we were mainly there to explore the town. The pool area was nice, but we didn't use it.

Check-in was at 12 o'clock, so I went at 11:40, but they said I could check in at 2 o'clock. Many people with reservations, including me, sat in the hall and waited. I couldn't check in even at 2 o'clock, and after waiting for 3 hours, I was finally able to check in at 2:40. If check-out was at 12 o'clock, shouldn't I have notified them that I should check in at 2 o'clock, not 12 o'clock? They said they couldn't clean the room if I wanted to check in at 12 o'clock, lol... I made a reservation for around 80,000 won because group accommodations are expensive these days, but I feel like I wasted my money.

The price is very cheap, but the facilities need to be improved, there are not many breakfast options, and the area near the hotel is also under development, so the surrounding environment is not very good, but relatively speaking it is still acceptable.

The most unwelcoming reception we've ever encountered at a hotel when we were checking in. The hotel is dated, and the deluxe room is horrendous. The water from the shower and sink basin didn't wash away. There is something wrong with the plumbing drainage. You hear a loud noise in the evening coming from the mechanical system. STAY SWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
