Normally, I don't leave any review and feedback for hotels. However, for Salinda, I'd like to make an exemption.
The experience me and my family had is the most exciting ever. Probably, the best hotel and service in my life!
Believe me, I stayed in different hotels in different countries, in 5* and 4*, e.g. Turkey, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Korea, Dominicana, Indonesia, Russia India, Portugal, Maroc, Georgia, but what we faced at Salinda resort is the top level comparing with them!
Definitely I recommend this hotel to everyone, even for families with children (we stayed with 2 kids, 5y.o. & 3 months old).
After I had already left the hotel and traveled to another city in Vietnam, I realized I had forgotten my earphones in the room. Andy went above and beyond to help me. He personally searched for a reliable shipping company, arranged everything quickly, and made sure my earphones reached me just in time before I left Vietnam.
His dedication, kindness, and professionalism are rare to find. I am deeply grateful for his help and for the hotel’s excellent service. Highly recommended in every way!
Absolutely clean and tidy.
Breakfast is astonishing. You seriously need to try the banh mi there but don’t forget the other great stuff from fresh juices to crazy good bakery stuff.
Beach and pool are amazing and the staff there is like in the whole hotel exceptional.
We stayed here for 9 nights with 4 people and we will come bag as soon as possible.
