The room wasn't quite what I expected, especially the sink – it was really inconvenient. After washing up, there was nowhere for the water to drain from the countertop. I was on the eighth floor, and I'm not sure what was going on above, but there was a lot of noise very early in the morning, like tables and chairs being dragged around. It was incredibly annoying and made it hard to sleep.

Overall the hotel maintained its luxurious status, except for the balcony which was kinda dirty with lizard poops. Breakfast was good. Staff and cleaners were all very friendly and accommodating. Front registration staff were very prompt making sure we didn't have to wait long to check in. No one was left unattended as they proactively made sure every customer is being served. Very nice pool with cool and catchy music.

This is the best value-for-money hotel in the central area near Phu Quoc Airport, and my top choice every time I visit Phu Quoc. There's also a Regent next door, offering options for various budgets.

The breakfast here is definitely worth a special mention! It's the best I've had in any hotel in Vietnam, and an incredible value for the price! The best part is that it goes until 11 AM, perfect for late risers who want to combine breakfast and lunch.

The resort overall is excellent. Had breakfast at Mad Cow and the service is superb. Big thanks to Lam and the team for their friendly hospitality. Stayed in the cabana room but the room is a bit dated. The shower and jacuzzi is too dark. The pool doesnt look clean, but it's part of the nature... The resort swimming pool is very nice though! Great food at Coconutz Bar and Beach House

What an amazing beach resort for couple, family with kids or even single travelers. I gave top marks for their service. Even though some issues happened at the beginning of check in to get our room, however, the hotel satisfaction team handled it quickly and provided excellent after service, and also collected our comment on how to improve. Located far away from shops but got free bus to bring you to nearby night market but limited seats and have to reserve early. Hotel room is very nice renovated. And the big swimming pool is a big highlights.

Every interaction with the resort staff was delightful. I would like to thank the reception staff, Tran, Hoa and everyone else who helped my family for booking the shuttle bus and other request for the rooms. With the beautiful staff at the breakfast, we could start every morning with smile. I highly recommend this resort who wants to have nice holiday with family.

The environment here is great, but the bathroom hygiene could be improved. There was a long hair from the previous guest hanging on the shower door, and the fan remote control was out of battery. However, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Theang (I think that's how it's spelled) at the front desk who was very attentive and thoughtful during check-in. The sunset in the evening was beautiful, making it a perfect spot for families and friends to vacation.

We booked a pool access villa ,good check in which was given priority, the room was lovely spacious and welcome desserts and drinks was given.The resort however does not have any entertainment or like free activities to do.The happy hour drink time was okay.The breakfast was so good alot of variety , the chef pancakes was the best ever.The restaurants should have more variety in vegetarian options aswell.We tried booking the spa for extra treatments but they could not cater for our needs but it did not seem busy at all. However the girl who was checking us in was abit rude in asking when making payment what is your code ,that is privacy violations you should not be asking guests those questions.

I was very satisfied with this hotel, which left a great impression of Phu Quoc on me. It's perfect for spending the whole day at the resort.

Facilities: Excellent and comprehensive, with a wide variety of activities. Check the schedule at the front desk when you check in to catch some interesting events. I highly recommend the Sunday evening bonfire; they provide free corn and marshmallows to roast while watching the sunset, which is incredibly relaxing. Every afternoon, there's a fun and lively bubble party at the main pool. The beach isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate, and you can use paddleboards and kayaks for free. The swings and lounge chairs are great for photos.
You can also book to play tennis and pickleball, though there are a lot of bugs on the court in the evening.

Cleanliness: Very good. The room was spacious and very clean, with almost no bugs. It’s perfect for watching the sunset from your room.

Service: A big thank you to Khang for his help during our stay, especially with booking entertainment activities. He also speaks excellent Chinese, and Pullman is truly lucky to have such an employee.

The breakfast is highly recommended. The pho is different every day, with unique and authentic broths. The baguettes are exceptional, including the appetizer bread served at dinner; my friend even wanted to buy some.

The shuttle bus schedule to Sunset Town isn't ideal; it's best to go early and return late, and it doesn't run every day. The airport shuttle schedule also didn't suit us, so we didn't get to use it this time. Luckily, a taxi to the airport isn't expensive.
