The hotel is located in a complex with construction starting at 6am. There was power outage 3 nights in a row. The staff is nice but not always around. This hotel is too expensive. You can find a lot better in the area at 30% less. I don’t know how they got those great reviews.
Also the pool area is not maintained properly.

Absolutely the best hotel in Phu Quoc. The room is very clean and you have all the equipment you need. The owners are really nice and always there to help you (especially Ngoc). In addition to that, its close to the beach and also a night market where you can eat good food. We ll come back for sure !

We have just returned from Vietnam, where we stayed at the Coral Hotel. If we were to ever go to Vietnam again, we would only go to the same Hotel, run by the lovely Mr. Chuyen Do Van, who organized Caraoke every evening, who served delicious tea and always with kindness and a smile. he was waiting for us with breakfast. The Coral Hotel itself has a beautifully decorated reception where everything is sparkling clean with beautiful decorations. We found the room clean with white bed linen, towels changed every day, what more could you need. I honestly recommend it with a clear conscience.

The accommodation was really nice. The problem is that the surrounding environment is not very good. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and the sea. The hotel is really pretty and clean. The owner is nice too. i love you. vietnam.
