Everything was wonderful, just like home! It's surrounded by lush greenery, and the pool is fantastic. We rarely went for breakfast. Prices everywhere are affordable. Everything you need is right at hand.

The grounds are very lush, a little off the main road. The breakfasts are terrible: you get one dish and one drink, but besides scrambled eggs, there's not much else to choose from. It's instant 3-in-1 coffee, tea bags, and juice that's mostly ice and water with a tiny bit of orange flavoring. The pool is clean, but everything else is run-down. Everything worked, and there was hot water. Housekeeping is poor; they only clean if you ask. The sheets were stained, and it looked like the same towels were used for the beach, face, and body. The staff girls do try their best and will do whatever you ask. However, the typical Vietnamese casualness definitely shows. Mosquitos weren't an issue because they put mosquito repellent coils by the door in the evenings. Check-out was at 12:30 PM, and they made us leave even though there were empty rooms. They didn't take the deposit that was promised on the website.

The hotel is quite old and doesn't quite live up to its advertised 3 stars. The breakfasts weren't tasty; we went twice and then either cooked for ourselves or ate out at a cafe. On the positive side, it's in a good location – shops, cafes, and a bus stop are all nearby. There's a pool, towels are changed daily, and there's a shared kitchen where people cook. Our room was large, with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (though the kitchen only had cupboards, a fridge, and a sink, nothing else), and a toilet with a shower. Shampoo, shower gel, and other toiletries were provided. As for the downsides: the rooms are a bit run-down, there's hardly any cleaning, and the staff aren't very efficient; we asked for a mug and it took two days to get it. On the first day, we were a bit disappointed because our expectations didn't match the reality. The beach isn't far, but we didn't like it at all. We ended up going to the beach near the pearl farm or to Khem beach. Overall, though, if you're not too picky and know what to expect, it's not bad considering the location and the spacious rooms!

The location is good, about a 10-15 minute walk from King Kong. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the breakfast... You only get to choose one dish and one drink from the menu, which is pretty ridiculous, especially for men. My husband and I had to go find more food an hour later.

An inexpensive, very green hotel with polite and friendly staff. The breakfasts are modest but tasty. The furniture and rooms are a bit worn and in need of renovation. The pool is decent. Overall, I recommend it.
