Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

We had a wonderful holiday at the resort. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. The beach was beautiful—my son absolutely loved it! If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I would definitely recommend this resort. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from the town and 30 minutes from the airport.

Booked a sea facing suite. Excellent to watch sunset as it’s west facing. There’s 2 available location for breakfast with the suite booking. Recommend going to the lounge as it’s less crowded.

The breakfast is also delicious and has a range of choices. There’s also a bus stop in the main gate of the hotel, if you choose not to grab. You will need buggy service for that though.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of attention on details like afternoon break and kids corner at the morning buffet.

5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer.The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good!

I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller!

Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter.

Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money.

This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast.

Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended.

service and experience at this hotel was so good on my first time that i extended 2 more nights! always a pleasure to stay here with great amenities and super accommodating staff. beach bar was clean and affordable menu prices too! will be back!

The hotel was stunning! We book the room on the sea side and the sunsets from our balcony were just incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they truly showed us the amazing Vietnamese hospitality!

We spent five nights here, and definitely will comeback. First we arrived earlier than the check-in time so they gave us towel card to spend time at the pool and beach area their pool and beach area is amazing the private beach has enough space for everyone pool also huge with restaurants (they said we can also do the same thing after check out if we need wait for our flight time)

The breakfast was soooooo AMAZING so many options, my favorite there was their noodles bar with different kinds of noodles every morning I was there 🤩

I requested for high floor and I got the top floor 😍great view with the ocean and the forest 🌳 the room is spacious and clean, tub is huge and they got everything I needed.

Their chocolate hour is a bit busy but not too bad, everyone can enjoy.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

People sometimes complain about food options from the restaurant and how remote the hotel is, we have no problem with that we usually grab to eat and watch Netflix in the room, also there is a really good restaurant and convenience store at the main gate you can go back and forth with the buggy, for getting around the island we use grab and it really affordable 👍🏼
