Bedsheets are old and smelly this hotel need renovations will not repeat this experience at all , my experience was not good at all ! I have more evidence but I don’t include everything!!! The room was not clean at all ! I will advise everyone I know to be away from this hotel
- The hygiene was acceptable, pretty standard, not exceptionally clean but tolerable.
- The service attitude was average. Perhaps it's just the local vibe, but they weren't overly enthusiastic, though you'd occasionally find some friendly staff. However, if you had a request, they could generally sort it out.
- The resort environment was good; the lawns and greenery were well-maintained. The beach had quite a few impurities like twigs, leaves, shells, and cigarette butts. If they could clean up the beach, it would be next level. The waves were quite strong, not really suitable for swimming in the sea, so it's more for playing by the shore. The seawater wasn't very clear either; the sea near JW Marriott to the south is clearer.
- Plenty of bath towels were provided. The sun loungers tended to be reserved, but if no one was there, you could temporarily sit on one.
If you're bringing kids and planning to visit the amusement park or zoo, staying here is convenient for getting around. It's about a 45-minute drive from the airport.
