Had a excellent vacation at Green Bay, all staffs were nice and totally worth the price

The most relaxing stay! The resort was peaceful and the staff were wonderful and so helpful! The food was delicious. The room was clean and beautiful. The whole atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back.

Great property - very well maintained and feels like you are in nature. Good activity options , even for kids. Excellent staff and hospitality.

offer us late check out as flight is a bit late. Flexible!
breakfast is great and aline with best resort class
service request is speedy, there are whatssap chat and reply within minute normally
the infinity pool is awesome! close to beachfront, clean and with towel and safety provision
it's a bit remote, but its close to nature and like a heaven
we live in family villa, rooms are big, many toilets!
Need improvement:
living room without air conditioning, need to work out inside rooms normally
the private pool is great, but not that clean and filtered so we don't use it
some facilities under renovation and closed, can't enjoy all of them

The hotel is very nice and quiet, making it a great place to relax and unwind away from the city. They also provide free afternoon tea. However, since the hotel is located on the north side, if your main attractions are on the south side, be sure to allow enough time for travel.

Lousy WiFi connection and area not convenient to move around as need to book buggey but yet service of buggey quite slow to arrive.. also no proper parking area which no indication where to park the car. Other than that location quite near to recreation area for bins wonder land and vins safari area...

Quite a nice place, everything in general is good. The only real issue is that some days the sea is really full of garbage (it probably comes from the fishermen).
Hotel personnel is not English fluent but is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect resort for a hideaway. Staff is amazing and attentive.

When we arrived, we got a private transfer to the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early. During the check in we got upgraded, and the room was absolutely stunning.
We were considering another stay without even having checked out yet! The only downside was the food, some of it was definitely frozen and not fresh however the cocktails were amazing we can also recommend those.

We appreciate Green Bay phu quoc’s hospitality and attentive service to our pleasant stay. From the moment we stepped off the ferry to the moment we departed, Green Bay’s excellent hospitality earned our respect and appreciation. It is a home away from home. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttle bus was really convenient. We’d love to come back soon! Thank you.

+ If you want a quiete vacation away from everything in beautiful surroundings this is the hotel to chose
- The hotel needs to help there staff. The spoke very little english, the orders in the restaurant was often mistanken and it took a long time to be served. The staff stressed. Also housekeeping needs emprovement
