Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay by IHG in Phu Quoc Island

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location, rooms, and facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was during breakfast — sometimes the staff brought a different order than what was requested, and the coffee could take up to 20 minutes to arrive. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I had a pleasant stay.

Hotel was beautiful right on the beach and the staff very young and enthusiastic. It was great to see them being given an opportunity to work for such a big company.

The pool areas were a bit odd no handrail into the pool and difficult to see the steps and shallow pools due to the dark tiles.
On a general note Phu Quoc is beautiful but the rubbish left ( not in the hotel) on the side of the road , fields basically everywhere was shocking and if this is not addressed it will put people off from visiting .

The rooms were huge and had everything but something to dry wet bathing costumes on the balcony. The breakfast buffet was fantastic which a huge range on offer . The evening buffet was overpriced so we didn’t try it.Would definitely stay again only a few minor improvements needed

How should I put it? It's just okay. It feels like all the hotels here are built in the middle of nowhere. It's closer to Grand World Phu Quoc, and they offer a free shuttle there. The breakfast was good though.

The room was clean. The pool water could use some improvement, but the environment and location were good. It's very close to VinWonders, Vinpearl Safari, and Grand World Phu Quoc. The service was also excellent, and breakfast was plentiful. Overall, it was good, and I recommend it.

The room was clean and tidy, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, a coffee machine, and complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The breakfast was plentiful, and both the Vietnamese coffee and pho were excellent. The sea-view room had a large balcony with a great ocean view. However, it seems that the room types allocated to Trip.com users are always on the lower-end of their category. Although our sea-view room did offer a view of the sea, it was located in a corner at a 45-degree angle to the ocean. It made me wonder if we were being treated differently, especially since the price wasn't cheap. The hotel is close to VinWonders Phu Quoc and Vinpearl Safari, but I wouldn't recommend walking there as the surroundings are quite desolate, and it feels a bit unsafe, especially at night. Staying at the hotel is fine, but if you're going to VinWonders in the evening, it's better to take a taxi – it's not expensive.

Holiday Inn Phu Quoc is located in the northern part of Phu Quoc Island. It's a large hotel with a rich and decent breakfast. They have a beach where you can do archery and badminton, a swimming pool, a gym, and even an arcade for kids, which they'll surely love. It's also not far from Grand World Phu Quoc and VinWonders, making it perfect for a family trip.

Nice and clean hotel near beach and grand world (city around 5 minutes with bus that the hotel arranged). 30-45 minutes from airport with cab (cost around 300-500 000 Dong). The only downside is that eating and drinking at the hotel is expensive compared to eating elsewhere on Phu Quoc. For example - a smoothie at starfish beach cost 70,000 Dong and at the hotel it cost 130,000 Dong. Then starfish beach is still a beautiful tourist trap.

The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The pho, made with beef brisket, was even better than what you'd find at restaurants outside.
