Located on Phu Quoc island, the resort, Dwango, 7 km from the airport o. Phu Quoc island.

Consists of a 4-storey main building and two additional 4-storey buildings.

Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs , towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is a road or promenade.

On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, SPA center, Laundry (chargeable), lifts, safe-Deposit box at the reception (free), business centre

Staff are poorly trained, limited selection of breakfast. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff knock at every door really loudly at 9AM for room cleaning. We had breakfast in the restaurant and hours later when we came back for lunch, the dirty dishes and cups we had for breakfast were still not taken away. One staff brought us the food and forgot to serve many things for the meal like cutleries, tissue…, and we had to ask for it for several times.

Nice affordable seafood restaurant.
If you are OK with squids, I recommend you Seafood Fried Rice and Stir Fried noodle.

I like this restaurant.

Anyway, many local people(?) was eating hotpot... It’s hot place but Why eating hot food ??

This hotel was not good. The power went off quite a few times sometimes for 1min sometimes for hours, which might be excused given there was so much construction going on except it seemed to be the only building with the power off. Our room was not clean, and there were dirty towels in it. The free breakfast was very bad compared to the the 6 other hotels I went to in this trip. And several people in my group had the runs while there (to be fair we were not sure if it was something at the hotel or from earlier).

The staff was friendly, however a lot of work needs to be done on the hotel itself. When we checked in our hotel room, there was a dirty towel with a muddy foot print in the middle of the bathroom floor. The shower itself has no curtain and the glass itself is not enough to prevent water from splashing everywhere in the bathroom. There were also ants in the room. I do not recommend this hotel.

Does not mention the insane amount of construction going on around the the hotel on any website. It is so loud from very early to very late at night every day and a complete eye sore. It definitely takes a lot away from the feeling of being on vacation. The pictures make it seem like the beach is part of the hotel but it is a 10 minute walk. They barely have a "beach area" dedicated to the hotel. Huge disappointment and honestly not worth even the 27/night. We tried to get our money back but they said we didn't have proof of payment even after showing our bank account/credit card statement. Such a nightmare.
